      "For You are my lamp, O Lord ; The Lord shall enlighten my darkness. For by You I can run against a troop; By my God I can leap over a wall.

      — II Samuel 22:29–‬30 NKJV‬‬

      King David was one of the greatest kings ever, triumphant in battle. It was he of whom they sung that Saul kill thousands, but David slay ten thousands. It was he who pencilled the passage above, that God is his lamp, his strength and his courage. It was God who enables him to leap over a wall. Wow!!! He didn’t or wasn’t worried about the walls crumbling before him, because he knew with the help of God he could leap over the obstacles. Be encouraged that the walls before you are no match for our God. Whatever you are facing right now, be it death, divorce, debts, danger or defeat that are all piled up as a wall, watch out, God is getting ready to give you wings. He will give you hinds feet. Thank God for His word to us
