Poetry from the Heart
()
About this ebook
This book, "Poetry from The Heart" is also in repetitious form in words to identify who God is, what God will do and what God can do. God alone, as we know is the author and the finisher of our Faith.
May the spirit of enthusiasm be with every reader of this book as they turn every page for the Glory of God.
Rev. Claudia Greene
Rev. Greene is a native of Chatham County and is married to Elbert. They have three adult children and four grandchildren. Rev. Greene was educated in the Chatham County School System, where she earned her diploma upon graduation in 1966. She attended Cosmetology school and received her Cosmetologist license in 1975. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior in May 1980 and went on to further her education, by attending Elon College (now Elon University) in Elon, North Carolina where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Studies in 2001. She attended Shaw University Divinity in Raleigh, North Carolina where she earned a Master of Divinity in 2006. Rev. Greene was called to the office of Pastor by the Eastern North Carolina Association of the Southern Conference in 2007, and where she is still Pastoring today. It has not been an easy journey, but God has always shown Himself strong on my behalf. I am reminded of the song " who's side are you leaning on, leaning on the Lord's side". If it had not been for the Lord on my side, I can truly say I don't know how I could make it. Glory. God has been amazing in the life of the church. We continue to pray and look to God as God move us forward in all things. Rev Greene loves exotic flowers and creating new things. Rev Greene loves to pray on behalf of others and preaching God's Word.

Poetry from the Heart - Rev. Claudia Greene
God
There are times
When we don’t understand
About the mysteries of life
And the concern of man
Thank God for Jesus
God sees and God knows
What’s in a man?
What he do and where he goes
Whatever is going on
I have no doubt
My God, your God
Will surly work it out
God sits high and look low
Over the heaven and the earth
God wants us all
To put Him first
What ever we do
We do unto God
It’s right for us
For some it seems odd
God is our Savior
God loves us all
Thank God for Jesus
He want let us fall
Cleanse Me
Holy Spirit, have your way?
Wash me clean
From day to day
Whatever ability
I cannot see
Cleanse me thoroughly
So I can be
The best individual
To answer the call
To do God’s work
That I may not fall
Jesus paved the way
Many centuries ago
With out stretched arms
And a head bowed low
Thank you Lord
For your love so sweet
In your Word of Life
My soul will keep
We Celebrate
There is a world
That we don’t understand
Affecting humankind
All over the land
It affects the young
And the young at heart
Even though at times
We have to part
So what makes us special?
And unique indeed
Some say our forefathers
From Abraham’s seed
We are here and we celebrate
Our time on this land
Giving praise and glory to God
Singing and lifting of hands
Love covers a multitude of sin
No matter what the sin may be
Our help comes from the Lord
He knows and He sees
Live Life To The Fullest
Live life to the fullest
Let God be your guide
While you walk in expectation
In God you will survive
Live life to the fullest
With God you can’t go wrong
In every anticipation
To the one that’s on the throne
Live life to the fullest
Absolutely to God be true
All authority was given to Jesus
The one who rescued you
Live life to the fullest
Your blessings are in your hand
Speak life and receive it
From the authority of God’s command
Live life to the fullest
Be the best that you can be
You once was lost, but now you are found
And everyone can see
Live life to the fullest
By the anointing that is within
Be pleasing to the one who made you
Until the very end
Wondering
The circle of life
Goes around and around
Sometimes you are up
Sometimes you are
