About this ebook
Felisha Augusta
I was born and raised in Michigan City, Indiana, in December of 1978. My parents are MaryAnn Moore (Tucker) and Earl F. Augusta Sr. Behind me is my brother, Earl F. Augusta Jr. I am currently a mother of two children, whom I am blessed to have, Jaylen and Aaliyah Stalling. I currently hold a license in cosmetology. I am a student at Ivy Tech Community College in hospitality administration (culinary arts and baking). I am already certified to open my own restaurant anywhere in the state of Indiana. I love to travel, spend time with my family and friends, and most importantly, I love the ministry. I was baptized in the name of Jesus at the age of twenty, and I am still on the run for Christ.

First, I give honor and glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He gave me a mind to write this to be a testimony, an encouragement, and a voice of reality. This is inspired by actual events or a true story of a trip in the valley. Not to tear me down, but to learn and be prepared to walk in my destiny. This is very dear to my heart, and I hope for not only the women get something out of this, but the men too. Remember, we overcome by one another’s testimony.
Second, I want to dedicate this to my children. This is to show them that God will bless the desires of your heart. This book is one of my desires. There is nothing wrong being a blessing to others. This is me being a blessing to my children and my readers. I want you to know that I love you very much. You two keep me focused and motivated. Always remember that God comes first, and he is the reason that we live, move, and have our being. You can do all things through Christ that strengthens you. God bless you both.
Third, I want to dedicate this book to me. Without God I can’t do anything! I felt that I could do this by the grace and favor of God. I dedicate this to my future, and the woman I am becoming. My own trials and tribulations have brought me a mighty long way.
First Side Note:
Ladies and Gentlemen:
First of all, I want to say I hope that this story and testimony be an encouragement to you all. I want to be a help to anyone that needs a word for certain situations. Please keep in mind that I made it through different trials by the help of the Lord. This is for him to get the glory. The first encouraging word is, whatever you are facing now just remember that we go through different valleys. The key word is through. He will bring you through it. Trouble doesn’t last always! I want to also encourage and challenge you all to pray for one another. Saints of God, prayer changes things.
This story is inspired by actual events about a sister in the Lord going through in her marriage. Now we know marriage is first ordained by God, it’s a beautiful union between two people. It is also a commitment and dedication on both ends. Marriage requires compromise and work on both ends. This is a lesson and information for those seeking to be married. Make sure it is in both of your spirits to make such a commitment. Remember, you are making a vow to God. Please talk with your pastor about premarital counseling. Know who you are dealing with. Again, whoever is reading this, it’s my prayer that you get a word, encouragement, and if necessary, a confirmation out of this. I want to be a blessing to you all. God bless you.
There was a young girl who was easy going, but had it not so easy. She felt that life was a little hard for her. The young girl’s name was Ann. Ann was raised with both parents until age of eleven. Now Ann, of course, had a calling on her life, even though she didn’t know it yet. At this particular time, Ann was eleven years old. Of course, God knows who we are and our purpose before the foundation of the world. Ann was born and was continued to be raised in Michigan City, Indiana. She lived with both parents and her little brother. As a child in elementary,
