A Journey with God Through the Holy Spirit - Milita Bacon

    Forgiveness

The truth hurts, but Silence kills.

    You die an internal death.

You face a standstill in life.

You face a standstill in love, emotion, self-esteem, and trust.

You burden yourself with unnecessary guilt; unnecessary pain; and unnecessary animosity.

Just how much time; how much love; and how much joy have you or someone you know LOST in these areas, due to the lack of forgiveness or unwillingness to forgive?

-given by God through the Holy Spirit, in Jesus name,

    to Milita Bacon

    So Tired

I thought that I was SO TIRED. The word tired was actually used for lack of more appropriate words and meaning of what I was experiencing. In fact, I was:

    Frustrated

    Angry

    Mad

    Mad at myself

    Mad at the system (work)

    Mad at the world

    I was anguished

    Withdrawn

    Disgusted

    Ashamed

    Full of Pride

    Full of Resentment

    In need of the Lord

    In need of a change

    In need of deliverance

I was holding on to thoughts, hopes, and desires that were not meant to be …

I was in need of God’s plan through Jesus, not my own. Psalms 40, 43 & 51

    But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;

and all these things shall be added unto you.

    Matthew 6:33(KJV)

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,

and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

    1 John1:9(KJV)

Je’sus came to visit me last night

Last night while I was at the kitchen table reading Psalms 54, the presence of Je’sus just came over me. He triumphantly and gently came over the left side of my temple; and just stood there. He said nothing. He just stood there, poured His love over me. Eventually in His unspoken mystique and by the depth of His presence it was made known unto me that I was accepted; that I was redeemed; that I am brought with a price; that I am His; and yes, He is mine! He is mine deliverer; He is my ultimate love; He is my all-in-all; my chief physician; my priest; my help; He is my everything. I will NEVER need another like I need Him.

Christ came to me after I had completed the book entry entitled, Chaos. This entry was regarding disobedience. Gracefully, because I was obedient in writing (one of my God given gifts); the Father allowed Je’sus to visit me. What a profound blessing, in Je’sus name! I remember that I could not look up. He was adorned with such beauty and majesty; He was so loving; so sovereign; so willing. He loves me and I love Him, in Je’sus name. And, yes, of course, He loves you just the same.

    But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;

and all these things shall be added unto you.

    Matthew 6:33 (KJV)

    People Know What You Show

The Holy Spirit inspired this thought, this page, this process. I was thinking of a significant person in my life when the Holy Spirit gave me this entry. The initial concept of this entry was, People only now what you show them. I was reflecting on a conversation that I had earlier today (7/22/2010) and how this person FEELS ONE WAY, but LIVES and SHOWS his feelings in another way. Feelings towards his children; feelings towards his grandchildren; feelings towards his children; feelings towards himself; feelings towards his wife; and feelings towards the actual life that he is living vs. the life that life that he would like to be living. I was sharing with this person just how selfish they are and admitting to them just how selfish I am, but that I am doing something about my selfishness. The Holy Spirit allowed me to share with this individual that people (including children) have to beg for his affection, attention, and conversation. I was told that nothing is stopping people from coming to his house and talking to him. I informed him that there were indeed factors preventing others from talking to him and the factor was him. This person is loving in his own way, he even has good intentions; however, he attempted to throw me off and derail me by minimizing my concerns by denying my concerns and observations. But the Holy Spirit took over, remained strong, and His message was delivered. The message was delivered without bickering, without fighting, and without causing a scene. The message was delivered in love. So,
