    Situation → Emotion → Expression → Decipher

    When a gardener plants a SEED, it grows through care and watering (resources). Similarly, SEED is a process in our mind that takes shape and flowers with appropriate attention to the process.

    In most situations, the common experience is evolved through SEED-ing. Most people respond to the stimuli / source by a sense of emotion (feeling) and thereby, react (expression); following to decipher the experience or attribute learning points mentally. A thought regarding the trigger aids one to embrace the learning of that experience through rationalization, thinking, reasoning and explanations. The person will develop a sense of intuitiveness towards varying conditions represented in the mind. One might associate certain similar characteristics of one incident to another of which is rather similar. Sometimes the association is implicit; at other times, it may be explicit, relaying to the visibility or invisibility of the matter in mind.

    When one reacts, it could be due to a stimulus or a source (person/ matter of concern). What normally happens is that a stimuli/ source/ situation gives rise to the person’s feeling, resulting in an expression of how one feels. The thought processing that kicks in, thereby allowing one to decipher or digest the experience. Through one’s evaluation of the situation arising to emotional expression, he/she digests the lesson learnt from the experience. However, when the mind silently makes sense of the situation, it results in an intuitiveness that embeds in the unconscious.

    The SEED may be buried in our consciousness/ unconscious. Both positive/ negative experiences provide a feedback loop in our mind, thinking, emotions and behavior. Our responses to similar situations comes from
