    Dedication

    This book is dedicated to all of my grandchildren London, who is called blessing, Aubrey, who is my beautiful; Andrew (short) for A.J will always be my handsome man. And of course my Arielle, who is my love. She has helped write this book. I want everyone in the world to know how talented and lovely she is. We as a family try and strive for excellence as Christians because we have to be set apart as well as set examples. This is a wonderful way to express that love to the youth by preparation and information.

    Introduction

    The transition from a child to a teenager, to young adulthood takes transformation and each year a new experience takes place just to name a few: physical, emotional, and sexual. And with each form every individual has a voice in their own circle of confidentiality.

    This book was written to inform every individual and their families whom have gone through losing a loved one to the HIV/AIDS virus that you have not been forgotten. Empowering yourself to become better for the next generation with the information that you receive, to get better not bitter. Even if no one was there to help you rebuild, renew or restore in the (flesh) the natural positions. In the spirit, God had you in his arms and on his mind through this journey all the time. HIV/AIDS has no color barrier or cultural difference. This is across the board. Reality has gripped many individuals and as a result the remaining family, mostly children are left to support themselves or each other. For those that are not supported and had to fend for themselves what is your vision or mission for life? We can all make up a theory or make an assumption which can also be changed. Which one of you will evolve into the next President of the United States or become an Inventor? Working as a researcher for the cure of multiple diseases would be a great future. How about a Scientist? Who has the answer for a cure to HIV/AIDS? How about an Investment Banker who will share information about investing with the world regarding stocks and bonds, housing foreclosures, education, or a politician really for the people and who will keep their word. We all have dreams you can be the first one from your generation of individuals who will be able to come out of poverty. Is that possible I believe it is with the correct formula that we all can understand. The system is changing daily from the medical results to the new core education in the school system. Depending on the state you reside in, all students have to take the regents except for those schools that have (exhibitions) no regents. Therefore, it is an absolute must for one to learn all they can in every area of life to become successful. I hope and pray that you will realize time will come and go whether you are progressing or not.

    Conversation # (1) Family Setting

    Child: Who gave it to my mommy? Was it daddy or your boyfriend?

    Mother: It was daddy and I gave it to my boyfriend. I never knew I had it.

    Conversation # (2) Family Setting

    Teenager: Who will take care of me? Where will I live if you get sick?

    Mother: I am working on that now just in case something happens to me sooner than expected. Presently I am unable to give you an answer about family so I am working with a foster care agency. You are 16 and it’s hard to get a placement when you won’t go to school or listen to anyone.

    Conversation # (3) Family Setting

    Teenager: My daddy has it too, who will take care of me. His wife doesn’t want children. I don’t want to be mistreated. I will be 17 and be finished with high school. I had planned to work for one year but if I lived with my dad I will not be able to save money. He does not believe in furthering education as you do mom. I have decided to rent a room and live on my own. I need him to be a father for the time he has left however;
