This book is written to be strength to those who need strength. There are areas in our lives where we find ourselves very weak. The hope we have is in what we believe. God is there when things are difficult. This book expresses the realities of my life and the experiences I have observed in the lives of others. This book of poems will prompt deep thought into how we view our everyday lives. In this collection of poems, there are scriptures that will help us through difficult moments in life.

I would like to thank God who has given me the thoughts that are written in the form of poetry. I would also like to thank my parents, siblings, children, church families, friends, and co-workers for helping me see the importance of following my dreams. Teaching for over fourteen years has helped me realize the value of perseverance. Life will present challenges. We must stay focus and press through the rough places. I hope that the poems written will enlighten the readers’ heart. Thank you and God Bless.
