COME BACK TO MY
LONGING ARMS, MY BELOVED
M y dearest friend and beloved,
I have knit your soul into mine
How can I thus ever live a separate existence from you?
Wherever we go, in this world or the next,
We must now go together because it is impossible to go alone!
When I think of myself now, there’s always you and me, together in me
There’s no me without you
So where can I go, my sweetheart, my beloved, without you?
Without you, there is no place for me in this world or the next,
So don’t ever ask me to live without you
As even in death, I will not be able to separate from you
Separation from you, my love, is a torment I could not even levy upon an enemy,
So how can you, who love me so much,
Ever give such a painful punishment to me?
I am sincerely sorry, my love
is what I want to say,
But please don’t ever ask me to live without you
Because that will destroy my mundane world, as well as my paradise!
I LOVE YOU MORE THAN WORDS CAN EVER SAY,
MORE THAN LIFE ITSELF,
SO COME BACK TO MY LONGING ARMS,
MY BELOVED, MY SOUL MATE, FOREVER TO STAY!
MY LOVE,
MY MIRROR IMAGE
L ook into my soul, my love,
And see your image there,
But when I look into your eyes,
I see myself right there
Searched all the world,
But the REALITY that strikes
My mind time and time again
Is the truth and beauty of our love
A UNITY IN THE MULTIPLICITY OF BODIES, COEXISTENT YET DISTINCT,
EACH IN ITS INDIVIDUAL EXISTENCE!
If love was
