Wilma Fogleman

Wilma Fogleman is a 71 Yr old mother offour, grandmother of8, and great-grandmother of 12. She graduated from Purdue University in 1973 with a BA degree in Education with a major in Social Studies and US History and a teaching minor in Psychology. In 1990 she graduated from IUPUI with an associate degree in Computer Science from Purdue. Wilma wrote the bulk of"Let Thy Kingdom Come" in the 1980:s and then waited till she retired from Indianapolis Museum ofArt to finish the book and is writing a second book a novel titled "The Nine Month Dilemma"

INTRODUCTION

In the following pages is a door that enters into the Kingdom of Heaven. It is my truth. I offer this only as my truth. It will explain to you how you have become a child of the living Creator, and thus an heir to an inheritance now. We, the children of the Creator, have inherited the Kingdom, and peace, joy, love and wealth are part of that inheritance.

Chapter 1

THE SOULS SEARCH FOR GOD

It had been the birth of a perfect new day. Beginning it together, flying along in the darkness of the pre-dawn, the sound of our hearts beating in unison, in perfect rhythm to the gentle purr of the engine. The only light comes from the aura of the afterglow of love and the reflections of the headlights from the pavement below. Being together, my love and I had shared the secrets of our souls, our feelings, who we were, and what we hoped to be. Something so real, something that can make the heart feel so much, must certainly touch God. Regardless of the name you may call your God unless this powerful love is a part of that God I can no longer pay Him tribute or honor, for within these feelings lay the path of my souls search for God.

As I walked along the seashore, I felt we had touched, each heartbeat the beginning of something new and beautiful growing in my heart. My thoughts turned to the beautiful white rose you had given me, precious, and perfect, truly a gift born of love, or at least born from some true and noble feeling.

As the long day drew to a close, I stood reading your message of love written upon the sand. Was it real, or was it merely an illusion built only to brighten my heart for a fleeting moment of time before giving it’s secret back to the sea.

Were the images we saw in the clouds, our dragons, our sailing ships real or illusions something to be shared for a moment, only to be lost forever to the creeping darkness that followed this beautiful sunset we had shared. Was the same true of our feelings? If they changed over time does that make them any less real? Isn’t the very nature of our existence on this plane one of change therefore dictating the necessity of real things also changing? Perhaps our futile attempts to hang on to what is real and not let them change becomes the dagger that pierces the heart, making a lie out of truth and destroying the love we hold too tightly.

Touch me, warm your soul on the fire burning inside of me. Slowly take my hand and feel the beating of my heart, hear the silent sound of my soul as it reaches out to touch you. Feel the trembling tenderness as I sit quietly beside you, watching the sun slowly slide into the sea. To touch another human soul even for a fleeting moment, there is the shadow of the God I serve, this is my truth. God is real and in every drop of love that warms this planet.

No one can judge the depth of the human soul; No one can measure its capacity for joy, its desperate need for warmth. Imprisoned within the physical world I seek to touch the beauty I see in you. I seek to touch your soul with joy, to bind you to me by the eternal bonds of love, yet leave you free to touch yet another soul, to form a chain, each link a bond of human love. When all hearts are touched by the warmth of human love and all have become my brother, my sister, my lover, my life, then hate, greed, and lust shall be no more.

When I feel this way, I know that we love and that love can never fail us. For it is love that passes us beyond the bounds of the physical world and opens our hearts to the spiritual world where all things are possible. The spiritual world is the only real world. It is a world where the Kingdom of Heaven has come, where joy lives unbound and where we may choose to live in the NOW not sometime in the future. The nature of the Kingdom of Heaven is the NOW. The only true essence of the physical world is that we are living in it now. Yesterday is a memory, and tomorrow is a dream; all that exist is the NOW. When you can live in pure joy now you are walking in the Kingdom of Heaven.

To most people the Kingdom of Heaven is a place far away, beyond deaths door. I contend that their God is too small. They fail to realize that God is Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end and that their soul seeks God continually. We are limited to a life span of only 60 to 80+ years, so it is difficult to fathom the eternal, that which is infinity. God and the Kingdom of Heaven are real, are now and are forever. As you read through this book, my prayer is that you can glimpse into the Kingdom of Heaven. The ideas and concepts I am concerned with, the realm of Gods Kingdom are eternal, and are the building stones of the immortal soul.

For centuries we have been living an Old Testament religion, worshiping that religion and thus not seeking God. I suggest to you that the Bible is a guidebook meant to be used primarily as a road into the Kingdom of Heaven. The laws of the spiritual world when followed can reshape your life, give you every joy, and comfort, and fulfill your every need NOW!!!! The Kingdom of Heaven is not of the physical world but of the world of the soul, yet it is powerful enough to alter the physical world and change our interpretation of reality. If you believe in God, you must also believe that He has given you everything necessary to control your life and to reshape the NOW. With God time does not exist. He is not limited by time; therefore, He can transform your life in the present and you need not be forced to wait for some future enlightenment.

The first important concept that you must master is the belief that God wants you to win. God did not create any losers. Imagine for one moment that you have the power to create, to fashion the earth, sun, and universe. You would want to create living breathing souls, children to whom you could give the spiritual gift of Love, so that they in turn could share that Love. It would be necessary to give them freedom of choice, for you can never truly love someone if you do not make a conscious choice to share yourself with them. Love in its truest sense is an act of will, a choice to put someone else’s good equal to or above your own. Therefore our search for Love is our souls search for God. The eternal drive within us to find something that is real, to find truth, to find something that will last forever, to find love all are part of our souls search for God.

The surest way to destroy love is to make it conditional. I will love you as long as you
