This small book is a variation of my ideas and feelings. These are my own personal words inscribed on
paper my expressions. These expressions were written based on events that have occurred in my life. Based on these events, I, in turn created ideas in relation to how I felt according to each situation. Some situations were difficult to face while others were not. In all, I just felt I had to express myself to get through the

About the Author I was born in the valley of the mountains – Denver, Colorado. I lived in Denver until the age of eighteen, and graduated from high school. Then, I attended college in Norfolk at Norfolk State University. There I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Later, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia to search for employment, in which I became a customer service representative. I also began to write as a hobby and continue to write.
