Giving honor to God, who is truly the head of my life, I would like to thank Him for making this possible, but also to those who have inspired me to write this book and making it a success. You know who you are, my family, pastor, friends, and church family. So I say THANKS with much gratitude. Your encounters were my strengths. To my readers, I hope that with my words of expressions they will inspire you just as I have been inspired.
Sincerely,
Beautiful
Life is Beautiful
Life is Beautiful,
Beautiful is Life.
I was born years ago,
But I couldn’t understand how to enjoy it.
I went on soul-searching,
Then Life was given to me.
Throughout Life, I encountered many emotions,
Some were good and some were bad.
Through the different worldly challenges and encounters,
The bad seemed to outweigh the good.
All the pain inside kept me from accepting true love,
But God’s grace and mercy brought Life to me.
Life came to me and took away all my pain, torment,
and misery.
It showed me how to Love,
Not only myself, but also others.
It also taught me to be ready for the unexpected.
Every now and then, Life knocks at my
door as a reminder to say,
Yee with little faith.
That encourages me to keep pressing forward.
Oh Yes!
LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL
And
BEAUTIFUL IS LIFE
image 1.jpgI Dismissed His ________
You told me you loved me,
I believed it was true,
But when you started playing,
I had to dismiss you.
You ran behind my back,
But that was in the past,
And that’s why I had to dismiss your dumb ass.
I thought you were the one,
I thought you were it.
First you took my heart, and
Now you ain’t shit.
You tried to play a game,
You played it like a sucker,
And that’s why I had to dismiss you.
You dumb motherfucker.
image 2.jpgWORDS DON’T HURT
You’ve always said, Words don’t hurt.
I’ve matured over the years, from a child to a young adult to use these words.
Words are a combination of meaningful sounds, commitments, promises; A verbal way to express one’s thoughts and feelings.
But you say words don’t hurt? Uhm . . .
