About this ebook

These four adventures allow children to be gently reminded of how to connect, in a loving manner, to their angels; to empower themselves using crystals safely; to experiment with a beautiful and simple light filled Golden Orb meditation and so much more. The stories allow imaginations to soar starting with the empowering How to be a Peaceful Warrior which applies to both girls and boys. Its OK to Know and Care about your Guardian Angel gives support to many young children who feel or sense energy around them but find it hard to put into words. Melly the Mermaid is an uplifting and sometimes funny tale of why we need to look after our oceans involving Ami, Jade and a confused 7 year old called Jack. For those children who are very sensitive to the stars in the heavens, Athenas Decision may give them further insights into the Cosmos.

Lynne Rowlands

Lynne Rowlands has always been a prolific reader and researcher of all things esoteric, leading her to the wonderful work of Louise Hay and Doreen Virtue. HOW TO

    BE A

    PEACEFUL WARRIOR

    by

    Lynne Rowlands

I t’s OK to cry when you are sad, happy or angry! It really is important to do this for yourself.

When you cry you let go of certain feelings. You know you feel much better when you have cried.

It’s not a bad thing to show your feelings. It’s OK - just like laughing is.

You feel good when you laugh don’t you? When you make someone else laugh you feel good too! It’s a cool feeling making someone laugh, especially if they are sad or unhappy.

So you see, laughter and tears can be very helpful.

A peaceful warrior understands about these things and knows there are also other ways of dealing with anger or sadness.

You may wish to use a crystal.

You might like a smooth, round stone or a bumpy, rough one! You can use any crystal you like. That’s your choice!

Find a quiet place and hold the crystal. Feel how cold it is when you first pick it up. After a few seconds the crystal is warm. If you are feeling sad, angry or worried just tell it exactly how you feel. You can do this out loud or to yourself, taking as long as you need to.

Don’t be scared if you think you have lots to say - that’s OK, the crystal is there for you.

This is a very simple way of sending your troubles away for a while. All of a sudden you may find you have the answer to that worrying problem!

    Thank the crystal for
