Lisbeth Oppelstrup

Lisbeth Oppelstrup (Liz) is born March 16, 1976, and grows up on a farm in the countryside of Lille Arden, Jutland, Denmark. She lives there with her mother, father, and two brothers until she moves to a bigger city nearby in the age of twenty. The next sixteen years, she is in states on-and-off becoming and trying to find her way in life. Liz finds her wayless way waiting in age of thirty-six, where heart of being replaces everything. A Self-realization happens in Satsang via the Internet with Advaita Zen Master Sri Mooji of his simple pointings to Self-inquiry. The book Handmade with Love is outcoming of her discovery inviting everyone to bloom themselves into freedom of being, too.
