As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, hypno-psychotherapist, co-active life coach, reiki master, master NLP practitioner, and nurse, Elaine’s mission is to inspire and empower you to live your life on purpose with freedom and fulfilment in expressing and “real-izing” your authentic self. As a black belt in tae kwon do, she uses her own personal experience of how true empowerment comes from within.
Elaine has always been on a spiritual path seeking deeper answers to life’s mysteries. Her innate curiosity has allowed her to question people’s beliefs about themselves and how these are based on their conditioning and experiences in life. While teaching people how to release their layers of conditioning, Elaine is also dedicated to helping them to live a life on purpose towards fulfilling their highest potential, while remaining true to their authentic self. Elaine’s love and passion for inspiring and empowering people to express and live life with authenticity drives her in her ongoing exploration of consciousness and human behaviour. Elaine’s stance is that when you come to know who you really are, your self-belief evolves also, as does your consciousness and your ability to create your best life yet!
Elaine is passionate about waking people up to stand more powerfully alive to their own magnificence in realizing their purpose and mission in life. Her own experience of the spiritual realm has set her on this path and mission of helping people to consciously evolve and shape their lives through focused intention, self-awareness, and self-knowledge. Elaine currently lives in Kilkenny city, Kilkenny, Ireland, and practises yoga in her spare time.view less
