    Everyone hates to suffer. No one would like to experience a migraine, breathing problems, depression or extreme hunger or thirst. Suffering isn’t necessary for anything good. Some might argue that suffering is necessary for spiritual growth in some cases, but this is not true. We do not need to suffer to learn lessons or grow spiritually. We can learn and grow in love, joy and peace. If an individual wants to progress spiritually, they can do so simply by quieting their mind for long periods. Through this practice, ignorance is destroyed by the fire of wisdom, and spiritual progress happens in love, joy and peace.

    Since suffering isn’t necessary for anything good, it should never be welcomed. It should be eliminated as soon as possible so that there would be supreme and eternal bliss for all. The way to do this is quite simple,
