About this ebook

When discussing relationships, it is natural to focus on other people. After all, your interactions with others define your relationships.

However, this is a mistaken approach. Focusing on others first will effectively paralyze you and leave you far less capable of developing those crucial relationships.

Why? Because all relationships are two-sided. And, while your friends, partners, and colleagues will come and go, the one constant in all of your relationships will be you.

You won't be able to have a fulfilling relationship if you don't have a good grasp on yourself and don't first improve yourself.

Relationships are something that we never really learn much about. There isn't a single lesson in school that focuses on relationships.

Wouldn't it make more sense for us to concentrate on developing the skills that give our lives meaning? And with happy memories to last us for the rest of our lives?

Perhaps we don't like talking about improving relationships because we don't want to admit that we could use some help.

Here is what you will discover inside in book:

  •     Learn to master your relationships with others.
  •     Learn the skill of being alone and build confidence.
  •     Learn how to build longer, lasting friendships.
  •     Learn how to increase your likability.
  •     Learn how to overcome social anxiety.
  •     Learn how to have a more romantic and more sexy love life.
  •     Know how to understand and improve yourself, which will allow you to build a more fulfilling relationship with others.
  •     And much more.

How To Have A Happier And More Fulfilling Relationship - Harley Baker

Chapter 1: It Starts With You

When discussing relationships, it is natural to focus on other people. After all, your interactions with others define your relationships.

However, this is a flawed strategy. Focusing on others first will effectively paralyze you and leave you far less capable of developing those crucial relationships.

Why? Because all relationships are two-sided. And, while your friends, partners, and colleagues will come and go, the one constant in all of your relationships will be you.

If you don't have a good understanding of yourself and don't first strengthen yourself, you won't be able to enjoy the best relationships possible – you'll always end up sabotaging yourself.

If you find yourself having the same arguments with different people, consider whether you might be the source of the problem. Being overly clingy, insecure, or having a short temper can all lead to repeated arguments or pushing people away.

Someone who is confident, happy with who they are, and interested and interesting, on the other hand, will have more positive relationships more of the time.

    Confidence And Independence

Boomerang relationships are the happiest and most stable relationships. These are relationships between two people who frequently go their separate ways, do things independently, and then return to each other with much more to share and talk about.

Or, to put it another way, couples who are happy apart will be happy together. Friendships are the same way.

On the other hand, if you need to be around your friends or your partner to be happy, you are likely to be ‘clingy.' This could result in you stealing that person's space.

Even if they are the same way and don't mind spending all that time with you, you will most likely find that you will eventually run out of things to say to each other. You may grow tired of each other's company and find yourself sitting in
