#effinmoments: We have all had them
()
About this ebook
#effinmoments is a book about how everyday frustrations are not the end of the world, and how we all experience them. Most of all it identifies how you can look back at the frustrations and know that we all experience them. I am sure it will brighten your day, when you see how many effinmoments I have experienced and laugh along with me.

Dedication

I would like to dedicate this book to the most amazing daughter a parent could ever ask for, Georgia Deacon. An amazing person whose commitment and determination to succeed in her sports, music and languages has brought me so much joy over the years.
I am sure you will make an amazing nurse, PE teacher and sports coach (rowing & tennis) being your lead sports, where the patients and students under your care and guidance are lucky to have you.
This book is a reflection of your can-do attitude no matter what adversity you face as you inspired me to get over my own effinmoments and move on with a positive attitude, in particular, you reinforced to me effinmoments are not the end of the world.
Two words in French, Spanish and Japanese, your languages of choice, say it all.

#Effinmoments
2020 represented a watershed year. In the twinkling of an eye, life as we had previously known it, became unpredictable. We were confined to barracks, interstate travel, overseas trips and the capacity to enjoy the love and companionship of family, all dissipated.
Brad’s insightful and amusing tome, provides a welcome relief from the existential anxiety, which we have singularly and collectively experienced, since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. His #Effinmoments are easily relatable and well-illustrated with colourful, poignant photographs.
The book is an extension of Brad’s innate optimism and his down to earth sense of humour. Certainly, this book has provided me with a useful distraction from the day-to-day stresses of my professional life.
