सुकून तेरी आँखों में देखा था मैंने जब मैं गोद में सर रखकर सोया था जब मैंने तेरा आँचल भिगोया था बड़ी फ़ुरसत में बैठकर रोया था

और आज के हालात पे बस इतना ही कहना चाहता हूँ, ये पल मेरे अपनों ने महसूस किये हैं | दुआ है किसी माँ को ये दिन ना देखना पड़े

खाली रातें काली रातें मुझसे ये कहती है बातें उलझी रात की है ये कहानी दे के गयी वो मुझे निशानी एक तूफ़ान उठा था उस दिन सुने हो गए सपने तुम बिन माँ को अब कैसे बतलाऊँ , बेटा मर गया बिना विदाई
