DEDICATION
To all my family, especially my sister Mary and my son Andrew: Your support, your unconditional love and your participation in my life have meant more to me than you will ever understand. It has kept me going--has even kept me alive--during my darkest times you knew nothing about.
To my late Uncle Dawson and Aunt Margaret, thank you for being my family. More recently, I think of you as the parents I lost long ago. I value your love and friendship above all else.
To my sister Susan and my daughter Sarah: I miss you.
To my friends near and far, young and old, new and long-time; I thank each of you for the influence you have had on my life. I remember all of you well and most of you fondly.

Mainly these poems and
