Acknowledgement
Unto Him that is able to make all grace abound, to Him alone be glory and praise forever. I owe my family a big appreciation for tolerating my late light time while writing this book and my colleagues for not having time to associate beyond office seriousness.
The success intelligent people mentioned in this book are the real heroes of all time who have shown the world that success is achievable only to those who desire and pursue it to the finish line. Therefore, my sincere appreciation goes to the people that have contributed to making this planet a better place beyond those mentioned in the book. The inventors, the innovators, the creators of entities, the entity developers, the investors, and the social crusaders who leave their signature on the path they tread every day. Thank you for the good job you are doing.

Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value.

Your Wishes and Success Intelligence
Imagine an opportunity to have a genie pop out of a magic lamp as performed in the film ‘Law of Attraction’ saying, your wish is my command
and the genie says to you, make three wishes. What will you ask?
Wish 1: ____________________________
Wish 2: ____________________________
Wish 3: ____________________________
Amazingly, you will be surprised at what comes to your mind at first, but naturally, your wishes will be an absolute reflection of the substance and power of your mind, ego, mentality, passion, compassion, and awareness. Your wishes will show who you are and your overall aspirations for the future; they will teach you about your history, present state of mind, and expectations for tomorrow. Your wishes will interpret your personality trait, which determines who you will become, and which will come from different perspectives, such as:
Finance
Social Intelligence
Spiritual Intelligence
Cognitive Ability
Family
Vocation
Health
Philanthropy
Business
Managerial Perspicacity
Administrative Intelligence etc.
King Solomon had the genie popped through the eyes of divinity one day and he had an opportunity to ask for one thing. King Solomon got the greatest opportunity of his life and could have chosen the one thing that revealed his gullibility, selfish ambitions, passion for possessions, but he rather invested the golden opportunity in SERVICE. He asked for wisdom to serve his people and he was possessed with the feeling to make the people and nation better; his ultimate goal was true leadership borne out of pure service awareness and little did he know that SERVICE carries with it an ornament of miracle. After King Solomon’s definitive wish was granted, he became a super-intelligent man and a man with indescribable affluence in all ramifications of life.
The Meaning of Success in Relation to Service
According to Business Dictionary Service is a valuable action, deed or effort made to meet a need or fulfil a demand. Whatever you do, wherever and whenever it is done that makes a positive contribution to the universe, it is service. This simply means that every man is a service entity. Whatever vocation you have, as long as you satisfy a need at any time, you serve, and therefore there is no gainsaying; every man born of a woman is a service being, and every human being can also be called a service being.
The religious perspective told us how man was created and formed by the Higher Power to dress and keep 'a garden.' The garden was planted before the man was created and formed. The first man was ‘purposed’ to serve and so is every man living today, created, and formed to dress a garden which is called vocation. You've been created to make changes and perform some irreplaceable and specific assignment(s) on Earth, and it's so unique that you can do it better than any man, which is why you've been made, not someone else.
Service is both personal and institutional, but first it is personal before it is institutional. Some researchers have classified customers as the most valuable assets of any organization, but this really is off beam. The biggest asset of any organization is the organization's PEOPLE, and the earlier this generation understood this, the better. No matter how many customers or clients an organization has before it hires a bad CEO, the customer base will decline in no time. Jonathan Schwartz became CEO of Sun Microsystems in April 2006 and the profitable business started making losses, the share price fell from $27 to $4 between 2007 and 2008; the company retrenched about 6000 employees due to business pruning and was eventually acquired by Oracle in 2010. Imagine how Enron degenerated from being most innovative global brand into colossal fraud under the watch of Ken Lay? When the people are exceptional and motivated, the customer base growth will be geometrical and when the people have service consciousness, customers are magnetized to the business and in no time a fortune 500 business will emerge; which is why this book will focus more on personality development as the new secret for business improvement. It therefore can be concluded that success, is one of the bye products of ‘pure’ service to humanity.
How well you can create product and services in the service of humanity is how successful you will become. Success is measured using different parameters but, dictionary.com defines success as the attainment of wealth, position, honours, or the like and that a person or thing that has had success, has been measured by attainment of goals, wealth, etc. The common synonyms of success are achievement, fame, and triumph. No matter what parameter you use to define success, the contemporary world measures success in terms of wealth first then fame and then honour and naturally, success follows this sequence.
The illustration below shows that every human is measured to have attained success through the level of wealth commanded, which brings fame. A society’s perception of the fame will determine the honour that will be accorded or attributed to such personality and that is the ultimate point of success, which the society calls legacy when it becomes trans generational.
Figure 1.0
The most respected and successful people in the society are individuals that are sold out to serving humanity either in science, technology, entertainment, politics etc. and after they have served, influence and affluence follow them. This book illustrates a new dimension for attaining influence and affluence from the confusion or zero level to the Omnipreneur level; from the first to the twelfth chapter, you will learn principles that have been practiced by the greatest people that ever lived and if you use them, you will become great. I encourage you to read every page of this book meditatively and before the conclusion, you would have found your purpose and taken your vision or goal from zero to great then your life will change tremendously.
Chapter 1
The Smart-Sisu
Winning means you’re willing to go longer, work harder and give more than anyone else.
-Vince Lombardi
Smart-Sisu is the start name of Success Intelligence as described in this book with the quadrant of greatness. Success Intelligence has four (4) components which are Cognition, Soft skill, Susi and Enterprise Perspicacity. These components are what make total success possible and the bearer of such is said to be an Omnipreneur, after an exhibition of philanthropic disposition to the benefit of the society. We can boldly say Andrew Carnegie was an Omnipreneur and lives on, because he was very successful in his days that he gave away his wealth for the development of the society and as at the time of his death on August 11, 1919; he has given about $350m (approximated as $77B, adjusted to 2015 share of US GDP figures) for charitable courses.
An Omnipreneur is a grand master of success and fulfillment in all ramifications of endeavors. In other word, an Omnipreneur has mastered the art and the science of success and can succeed in any area, environment or task assigned. Hence, it can be said that an Omnipreneur has a larger-than-life personality. An Omnipreneur thrives in business, relationship, spiritually, psychologically, physiologically, pathologically and in all aspects of life.
The Smart-Sisu, though a combination of Smart (adj.) and Sisu (noun) is taken as a noun in this context. While smart(ness) is an English word which connotes cleverness, shrewdness, intelligence, keenness, canny, astuteness and coolness; Sisu is a Finnish word that is interpreted to mean grit, bravery, courage, resilience, hardiness, passion and it describes the strength, the ability and the capacity to start a task and finish it successfully. So, Smart-Sisu is a definition of Talent + Effort producing success.
Unlike the work of Angela Duckworth that focused on grit as one big personality trait that predicts success and several other researches of some psychologists that considered IQ (intelligent quotient) as another big predictor of success, this book has taken a non-academic view of success under the perspective of human traits and from the study of the lives of the greatest people that ever lived. It’s been discovered that there is no single factor that determines success, but combination of several values in a basket of principles that predict success and transform a man into an Omnipreneur, even from a mediocre level. It therefore means that there are several predictors of success and these predictors all work together in varying proportions to determine sustainable success and create a special gene of ‘I can do all things’ kind of mindset in such personality; until success becomes a permanent frame of reference of the individual.
This book essentially states that anyone from anywhere can create success, starting from the state of confusion as shown below. The state of confusion is the level of lack of awareness, lack of knowledge of purpose and lack of understanding of a person's unique gift. When purpose is discovered and necessary action is taken to achieve this goal by using some principles of Smart-Sisu (intelligence + grit), thereafter the race to success begins. These principles differentiate the state and non-state actors from the rest of the people in society, so the Smart-Sisu level is the differentiation platform where the practitioners of the principles distinguish themselves from the crowd.
People on this pedestal strive to become entrepreneurs, keep good relationship, and maintain positive
