I want to recommend reading this book because I know it will impact all areas of your life. Commanding the morning is a book that challenges us not to be passive receivers to the demands of each day. Many adjust themselves to what each day brings into their lives, instead of adjusting the day to God’s plan for them.

The psalmist knew this principle of power and transformation when he said: This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it. He decided that over the particular circumstances each day brings, he would face it with joy and gladness, positively and faithfully. In such a way that he would command the morning to align with what was stated and not vice versa.

Commanding the morning is important because it implies that we can break and cancel cycles that have stopped us and delayed our walk of faith. Cycles, seasons and even generational curses that we have tolerated for too long. This is tragic when we have the duty and power to break those cycles, season and curses and command a new future and season for us.

The woman with the issue of blood never adjusted to her cycle of illness, as she was continually striving to get out of it. At first her efforts were null, but she never gave up. That’s why the day she found Jesus on the road, she was ready to break her cycle. She also spoke and declared that by touching Jesus’s garment she would be healed. So it was. In that meeting she commanded the day in favor of her healing. And she was healed because she never resigned or lost her faith.

Pastor Prophet Troy knows what he is talking about because in Christ Jesus he had to break cycles to be able to advance his prophetic call and destiny. Situations that he had to face from his childhood and adolescence. I personally thank God for Pastors Troy and Alesia because as spiritual children and pastors under my cover (RIAR) I have seen their love for the Lord, their spiritual growth and how the Lord uses them in teaching and in the prophetic dimension. There are many testimonies of brothers and sisters of the different churches of the Network who testify how they were blessed by the message and the prophetic teaching. And how the prophetic word was fulfilled to the point.

What better way to start a new decade (2020-2029) by breaking dysfunctional cycles and entering a season of expansion in all areas of our lives and ministry. We are certainly going for more. Command the morning.
