First I want to thank God for blessing me with so many gifts to share.

This book would not be Possible if it was not for me being lost and found in so Many Ways and people seeing in me what I couldn’t see in myself. I would like to thank Shirley Williams and her family for helping me stand when I was truly falling and could not see my way out. It was Shirley who gave me my first custom cake book and sent me on a path of custom cake design. She could always see more in me than I could see in myself. I understand that now. Her words played over and over in my head.

I am forever grateful that she loves me. Don’t get me wrong I knew I had talent, but what to do with it, was my problem and how to do it, and with what money. That’s where faith steps in; and boy did I take a big leap of faith.
