Learn How to Reverse - Dr. Bimal Chhajer

    Angioplasty

    Introduction

    The Saaol System

Saaol is a Rajasthani word which means Best possible way. Saaol is the best possible way to take care of the heart, as well as for achieving health and disease-free well-being. Saaol has another meaning: Saaol stands for Science and Art of Living. Saaol combines the non¬invasive know- how of modern medical science with the ancient wisdom of yoga, stress management and methods of well-being.

The concept of Saaol was coined after my six years research work at the famous All India Institute of Medical Sciences (1989-1995). This research was preceded by my two years research at Lucknow (1987- 1989) when I completed my MD from the King George Medical College. We developed Saaol for Reversing Heart Disease so that heart patients need not undergo costly and mutilating operations like bypass surgery or angioplasty. We started in Delhi initially but today Saaol has spread all over India and many parts of the world. Saaol Heart Program is now the most comprehensive and popular cardiac rehabilitation program in India.

Saaol is now adopted by millions of people not only for heart care (prevention and reversal of heart disease) but also for reduction of weight; cure of diabetes, high blood pressure; overall improvement of health and well- being. More than 10000 heart patients have joined Saaol Heart Program in 12 years (1995-2007) and achieved marvellous results. Millions have adopted Saaol and Saaol’s Zero Oil Food by reading my books and video CDs. We now call it a Saaol Culture and those who follow Saaol are considered a part of a greater Saaol Family. Saaol is the formula for perfect health and well- being.

Saaol Heart Program is tremendously beneficial for those who have developed heart problem and do not wish to go for invasive and temporary treatments like bypass surgery or angioplasty. Those who have already undergone bypass surgery or angioplasty must follow Saaol for prevention of reblockage. This low-cost, scientifically designed, program is the latest, most scientific, non-invasive, permanent and safe treatment for coronary blockages. Saaol believes that human body should never be cut or disturbed from inside as the modern medical science has still not been able to create or understand the body’s smallest unit — the cell.

This small book will train you in the basic concept of Saaol. If you want to go into more details read other books of mine. If you wish to undergo a complete practical training — a three days’ training is available in major metro cities of India. Read this book and start immediately to follow the instructions and you will know the difference.

For those who fear that they can not probably follow this lifestyle or want to reverse heart disease faster Saaol has two more non-invasive ways. These are called Natural Bypass and Biochemical Angioplasty. These treatments are also offered by Saaol. Read about them from this book.

What Is Heart Disease and Angina?

    Introduction

Coronary heart disease (commonly known as heart disease) is the most common cause of death and loss of work in the whole world. The numbers are still rising at very high speed in most of the developing countries like India. Today there are as many as 7 crore people affected with this disease. You may be one of them or one in future.

    What Is Coronary Heart Disease?

This disease is caused by deposits of fatty materials inside the coronary arteries (the tubes which supply blood to the heart). The deposits start growing as early as 15 years of age at a speed of 2-6 % per year (taking the total diameter of the artery as 100%) depending on the factors present in your body. There are about 15 major factors or causes which have the capability of depositing these blockages. These are also called the risk factors by the medical science.

When these blockages grow, no difficulty is felt till the blockages reach to the level of 70%. This is because the heart muscles have a need of maximum 30% but the supply available is about 100%. In other words, there is three times more blood supplied to the heart than it requires. So, blocking till 66-70% does not give any problem. A person, thus, has to have a blockage of 70% or more to be called a heart patient. This may occur in any of the three coronary arteries or its branches.

    What Are Coronary Arteries?

These are the blood tubes which supply oxygenated blood to the heart muscles. These are called arteries by the medical science. There are three of them — two that supply the left side of the heart and one supplies the right side of the heart. The LAD or left anterior descending artery supplies heart muscles on the front of the left
