About this ebook
Joss Finch is a teen idol on his first tour with his family band. On route in their tour van, they stop and stay the night on the side of the road. Unable to sleep, he suddenly realizes he can't move. Then they start showing up. Horrific beings. Looking down on him through the bus windows. The next day he wonders if it was all just a dream. But the real horror is just beginning.

I write stories of the dark drama, fantasy, and horror variety. I like to go way outside the boundaries of conventionality and create things that have never been created before. I like to feel that my work has a uniqueness and originality all of its own. I am not trying to recreate things that have already done before or be like anyone else. I am simply trying to let my work be uniquely and utterly my own, reflecting what I truly feel and believe is important to express.

The Nightmares of J.T. Night Series Explanation
Step into the terrifying world of the Nightmares of J.T. Night. From the moment ever since he was a young child, whenever J.T. Night would fall asleep, he would fall through one terrifying bizarre and twisted dream after another. It didn’t stop even when he became an adult. He would try to do whatever he could to prevent the bizarre dreams from coming, take whatever medicine or treatment he possibly could, but he can’t stop them from coming completely. They somehow always find a way. Nowadays, in a waking state, as a catharsis, he writes down his dreams in the forms of short horror stories. The dreams are unedited, almost exactly as he remembers and experiences them. Therefore, they don’t entirely conform to the logic of the real world or ‘suspension of disbelief’, as we would say. They remain in their unadulterated forms as literal dreams. One other curious facet about his dreams: he never dreams truly as himself. Indeed, in every dream, he is a completely different person, and the people he knows in the dreams are always different than the people in real life. Does he have some sort of unique psychological disorder? Are these characters unique fabrications of how his unusual mind works? Do these people actually exist somewhere in the world? Or is he even possibly tapping somehow into shadows of parallel worlds that actually exist out there somewhere? It is a question he will likely never have the answer to. But if you, dear reader, are brave enough, step inside the unusual and twisted fantasies borne from the fitful attempted slumbers of J.T. Night. Perhaps you will make it out unscathed. Or, perhaps, maybe the monsters of the nightmares of J.T. Night just might visit you in your dreams, too.
The Damned Are Outside My Window
I look out the window of the tour bus as it glides down the road. The sun is bright in the sky. The temperature outside is a crisp 65 degrees. It’s a perfect day for traveling the rural south. I’ve always loved days and weather like this. Excitement wells up inside me as I anticipate everything to come over the next few months. I glance over. My two brothers, Johnny and Jared, are playing chess. They look like they are really into it. My sister, Jenny, is sitting next to our mutual friend, Jake. She has headphones around her neck and some sappy romance novel in her hand, but she seems more interested in the conversation she’s having with Jake. Jake is chatting with her in his heavy Australian accent. Part of me suspects there’s been something going between them for a while now, but I’ve been doing my best to not be a nosy brother and pry. We’re all legally adults, at any rate, and we can do what we want. Still – I hope that if something is going on between them, things don’t go awry. Not sure what it would do to our band. I would hate if things started to implode when they are just getting started. But I end up telling myself not to worry about it. If there is something going on between them, it will probably take a while to develop.
Our band... the name of our band is J-5 Square. It’s pop rock. The idea of being in a band has long been one of my dreams.
I know that some think of our band as simply cashing in on our various celebrity status’, well, mine in particular.
My name is Joss Finch. For my entire teenage life, I’ve been an actor and an idol. I was in not one but two hit TV shows on channels dedicated to young teen audiences. I’m used to being on the cover of nearly every teen magazine and constantly followed by paparazzi.
All of my siblings are involved in entertainment in some capacity. My sister Jenny has been doing art and singing for some time now. My brother Johnny is also a singer. Jared does both singing and acting and has been in a few movies. I have another brother, Jack, who has a job as a DJ at a prominent LA nightclub.
When my previous hit show came to an end six months ago, coming shortly after my 21st birthday, several
