About this ebook

My desire is that we all Heal and Grow! It hurts me to see so many of us stuck in our daily lives waiting in limbo, not prospering or bringing anything forth.

All Americans do not have problems with fear, however, I would agree way more than half of Americans do war with fear.

Fears whether real or imagined are very present in our day-to-day lives. Fear can be a healthy emotion when used correctly on the flip side Fears can cripple you and even control you to the point you aren't willing to try anything anymore.

In this day and age, reaching dreams and goals should be easy since everything we could ever want to know is on the Internet. So why then with all this advancement are we not producing Dreams?

Why are our goals falling by the wayside?

Why are people still dreaming instead of actually living there Dreams? Great question, right?

In order to fix the problem, you must first know that a problem exists and then you can find the correct remedy to keep the problem away for good. In this book I compare Fear to Train Derailment, to help the reader get an understanding of how deep this thing called Fear is that is overtaken us.

When fear begins to make you stuck or keep you from reaching your dreams, it has then become unhealthy and that is what I would like to discuss the Good, Bad and Ugly sides of Fear!

Conquering Fear for the Dreamer, goes deep within to help the reader find solutions to the lack they see in there own lives.   Once you understand the Fears in your life you can properly take steps to conquer them and continue living your best life.

    Conquering Fear - Raylene Williams

    What are you fearful of?

Are your fears real or imagined?

    Are you a dreamer?

Why are you not advancing in your goals and dreams?

Are you mentally equip to handle your fears?

Do you have the courage to press onward?

    Why so much stagnation?

Did you get stuck somewhere trying to reach your goals?

Do you believe you have what it takes to get the job done?

Ever feel like you are not doing enough in life?

Like you should be working towards a certain goal?

I have felt like this many times in my life.  Living with fear is hard on you physically as well as mentally.  I lived in fear for almost my entire life until recently. Completely thinking that I was living a normal life the whole while, not knowing that I was being controlled by my fears.  It was very real and scary such a dark way for anyone to live.

At some point or another I stopped dreaming. My dreams were not coming forward because I had given up on them. Completely not living in my purpose. I was just here wasting time and energy. Alive but not living, stagnated not growing running around in the same circle day after day. What about you are you living in fear, or maybe not, you may have someone who is really close to you that may struggle with fear. Are you still working towards your dreams? Or have you completely given up?

I think we are all dreamers daily trying to reach goals. Unless we get sidetracked and are dealing with derailments. We may not all be dreaming about the same exact things. However, the fact is we all have a burning desire for something. What I wonder is what is the difference between the achiever and the non-achiever.

We all get off course in our life for one reason or two. Getting back on the correct path is what matters the most.  Have you ever been called on an could not accept the challenge?  Maybe you were unprepared or maybe you were just not ready. Well, I think it is about time we change the way we view the world we live in.

    Don’t you think so?

I do, I think we need to do some dream rescuing.

We need to all catch a ride to the graveyard of Broken Dreams. Get our dreams back that are being carried away in vessels never to return.

Have you let negative thinking discourage you? What about people? Are you allowing other humans to hinder you?

Have you been the negative influence standing in your own way? What happened in life that you do not push forward towards any goals?

    Why?

Like everything else in your life dreams will never just happen on their own. Not for you or me. This is something you must be adamant about in order to achieve.

Did something happen that has you sidetracked?

Life is real and real situations happen to real people.

Let us just jump right in and get some clarity on the subject. That way we can get a nudge/push in the right direction. I would like to show you how to use your dreams to better your life.

Then you will feel a sense of reward and fulfillment. That will make you want to walk in your purpose whole heartedly.

Beginning to make all your dreams come true.

What a reward that will be!

    The Problem

    On the wrong Track

You ever watched a train at a railroad crossing? I remember when I was a kid we would race to the park. Just to see the train and wave at the conductor. Whenever we waved, he would blow the horn and it would be so loud.  We always knew it was coming, that did not stop us from jumping ever time.

As kids we loved to watch the train, not so much as adults because they always seem to come when we are in a rush or running late. Have you ever heard of train derailment? Probably so if not let me explain.

So, there is a little science to the structure of a train. The wheels on both sides of a train are connected on an axle. This is a metal rod. This axle allows the train wheels to continue to move together in unison. Making the train flow harmoniously. Derailment happens when the train runs off its track.  It happens suddenly without any warning at all.

Usually there is a collision of sort or an operational error. Sometimes it can even be a mechanical failure. The problem with derailment is they all result in temporary disruption of proper operation. Not only that a derailment is usually hazardous to human health and safety.

Imagine you being the train for a second.

Everything is going according to plan. You are on a roll living your best life, with total harmony and unison.  Can’t nobody tell you anything, enjoying people and the world around you. Then suddenly without warning, something happens.

Which has caused a malfunction. Next thing you know you have jumped the tracks. Trying to find the problem so that you can save yourself.

Everything is just overwhelming coming all at once.

Leaving you off task and on the wrong track. You want very badly to find the problem and fix it. Before this temporary disruption causes additional problems. That could be potentially hazardous for your health.

Now I want you to try to understand my example.

So, lets imagine us going through life for a moment. Living a normal life that we have become accustomed to.  Shining bright like a diamond for all the world to see. You are Ford tough ready for whatever may come your way.

Suddenly you are presented with a mechanical failure. The name of the mechanical failure is fear. This fear triggers an emotional response and a physical reaction in your body. Soon this small organ in your body call amygdala starts working.

This sets your bodies fear responses into motion. Then stress hormones are released. Your heart rate and blood pressure begin to increase. Blood flow changes how it works from your heart and limbs. So, what happens then? You either prepare to fight or run activating fight or flight.

Now we have a situation that I call Human Derailment.

Fear is the problem causing all the derailments in your life. Now that you know what the problem is it should be an easy fix, right? Wrong all you did was find the problem. Knowing the problem does not get you back on track. I have devised a list of what to do once you find the culprit.

Once you have figured out what your problem is, you must do a couple things.

    *Accept the problem

*Educate yourself and get a clear understanding of the problem

*Find the root as it relates to you and your circumstances

*List solutions and find the best one that works for you

*Take action to fix the problem

Sounds easy enough but again it actually depends on you depending on your will and desire to change.  It is not always as easy as it sounds. Mostly because of the barriers that are present. We each have barriers that stop us from finding a real solution to our problem.

Barriers are any obstacle that prevents movement. So, the way I see it barriers are anything in your way. That prevents growth.

If we were all the same, it would be an easy fix. However, thankfully, that is not the case. All of us have cognitive blocks that influence our ability to problem solve.

These barriers vary depending on our individual struggles. We each
