    WHO AM I?

I am the mountain ranges, the slopes of Mogalesberg and Pilanesberg where herds of cattle grazed and where crops grew. I am the indigenous seed of Malekeleke, direct descendant of Mokgatlo, the King of Kgatleng. As an ejaculated end product of Matshego, Mogale’s son and the father of Mosetlhe and Kgafela; I am also an aerating root of Mokgatlo, the son of Molope, the Emperor of Batswana. I am the branch of the Kgamanyane tree. Who am I?

I am the son of a black soil. Afrika my origin, Afrika my ending, here I come!

I come from apartheid in tatters in the land of sorrow,

From that marathon bondage of oppression and massacres!

I am a cruse that is fire, if it burns it melts,

And when it bums villages scattered and flee in splinters and fragments.

I am the son of the concavity of Moruleng.

Great-grandson of a man who risked his own neck for our lives,

To whom not only we gave thanks, but to honour his legacy!

I am the sunset and the sunrise that brightens Sun City,

Not forgetting the place where I lost my money, Lost City,

Paradise in the land of plenty,

Moruleng is where the inheritance tree grows, the morula tree.

My heritage is the root of morula tree,

My heart is the stem of morula tree,

My strength is the shadow of morula tree.

My faith, selflessness is branches of morula tree.

My confidence makes me competent and free.

It’s spread like wildfire, I can see

Yes, I’m a howling wind shaking the reeds’ edges. Who am I?

I am as fearless as a tiger, as poisonous as a scorpion.

I am blooming like a rose, stinging like a bee. Who am I?

I am Abosele a’ Kgamanyane, ‘a mmina Kgabo,’ by birth,

    Kgatleng that’s where I belong!"Arise and shine!

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The words of encouragement came from the book of Genesis 37:1-11; to stay focus and be connected to my dreams. From the book of Ephesians 3:20,’ God is able to carry out His purpose and do superabundantly, far over and above all that we dare ask or think and infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams.’ I am reminding myself all the time that dreams and vision can be realised. I will never stop dreaming and never give up!  As I seek the Lord and delight in Him, He always give me the desires of my heart.

Lord, help me not to be swallowed up by the prevailing pressures and influences. May I choose the narrow way that brings me to Your purposes and plans for my life. Let me not go with the flow and follow the wide road as said in Matthew 7:13 ~Enter through the narrow gate because the gate and road that lead to destruction are wide. Many enter through the wide gate.

I also pray for our icon Nelson Mandela today, 16 June 2013, he is being admitted in the hospital, facing another major fight for his life. He is a kind of leader, a strong man, who sacrifices his life in jail for our freedom. He led this country to a new born democratic society where everyone embraces him for his contribution of political change, for a better life for all. He was jailed by the apartheid regime in the early sixties and became the country's first black president in 1994. He one’s said; The greatest glory in living lies not in ever falling, but in rising every time we fall. His famous quotes were; "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear." And again said; When a man has done what he considers to be his duty to his people and his country, he can rest in peace. In 1996 he again said; I believe I have made that effort and that is, therefore, why I will sleep for the eternity. Those were our icon’s feelings and his choice.

Heavenly Father, help him to be strong again, he just need time to guide us for a new economic and equality freedom. Keep Your hand of protection over him and over us all, that we may follow in the way of righteousness; for if he leave us now, seems like his effort will fade quicker. I pray that everybody will always be in alignment with his dreams. Amen.

    SYNOPSIS

In life we have to fail in order to know; we have to lose in order to gain and we have to get hurt in order to grow, because some lessons in life are best learned through pain.

When we’ve prospered, we forget those who lift us one step up on the ladder. We also forget the One who gave us hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places. We only learn after we have fallen, that we have neglected the warmth hands.

You may be trying to cope with your time management. When you include wellbeing into your definition of success, you then have to address the issue of time. We are always starving for more, yet constantly filling every moment of the day, and while we do this, we are robbing ourselves of one of the greatest joys that life has to offer – happiness, which a small miracle that fills our lives is. We don’t have time for the society and for ourselves. Wisdom also is about connecting the dotted lines in our own lives and this can only be done when we learn to unplug ourselves from existing working culture of stress, overwork, inflexibility that leads to burnout, lifestyle diseases, laziness and failing profit margins – all of which can be hard to digest as an individual confronted with a corporate world of culture of moving into a new era which would be one of lasting peace. We need to redefine our definition of success – beyond the old metrics of money and power. Working together is beautiful. Life turns like a wheel, and what you put in is what you get out.

Mistakes come from something we do and not something we are. What is important is how you work out your life in conjunction with the others. You can best begin to practice that, by realizing the power of your thinking and that’s the principles I would like to share with you in this book. The book is about walking together the long journey of leaving behind the bad part of our past lives and concentrate on the brighter future we are all waiting for, that will rise us to greatness and to winning. Join me on this journey and share the lessons that will lead us one step ahead of the rest. I am still learning. Each thought is a lesson to build trust, love, selfless, happiness and strength towards life.

The battle I was facing, were my recap and inability to move forward. I’ve learned that every day I am learning my experiences and lessons of life - of which are my purpose to build my destiny; and that every piece of work I do every day, God’s pay time is pleasing!

    INTRODUCTORY LETTER

It was two ‘o clock in the morning of 16th June 2013, when I woke up. I had a memorable sleep and that's the moment of realizing that I got to get started. I dreamt of running a very successful short marathon. When my race began, I started off slowly, and felt an immense amount of power. Despite the fact that I did not rush, and simply want to enjoy the race, the mood was awesome! As I continued to run, I continually reminded myself that I don’t want to pressurize myself to win the price. The landscape changes, and all of a sudden, I saw my opponent just ahead. Instantly, I galvanized to run faster. Even though I still believe I was not running for a competition to win the price, but the feeling was to win the race, then I ran faster and faster.

The pathway in which I was running didn’t look good as it was curling or sometimes I had to jump some wired fences like hurdles and going ups and downs with the slopes and at some point I had to cross the rail line while the train was approaching me in a horizontal way, whereby I had to make sure I crossed first. Sometimes I ran parallel with it as it passed by with a high speed and somewhere it reached the station and stopped and I passed it and continued with my run; and I did that successfully. Sometimes I saw someone running with me and eventually seeing the person disappearing because my speed was somewhat faster. After sometimes a person bounced back and was just in front of me. Finally, I approached the finish line, and with a final burst of speed, I brushed passed my opponent and found that I definitely have won the race. When I looked back at my opponent, I was surprised to find that the person has disappeared, and then woke up.

When I woke up, I’ve realized that it is through dreaming that when you are running a race like this, referred to my determination and also my motivation in the pursuit of my goals. In some other instances were some good indicators about how I felt about my success towards various goals I have achieved. It was a good moment to display the thoughts I had for so long that can benefited an individual. Alternatively, the dream’s meaning was that I needed to focus in making a decision, and the decision was to start my journey of writing this book about my key elements of success.

That was a call to take steps to bring fulfilling changes to others and also to my career path of life and
