This book is not a manual of mudras like so many others: it is limited to 7 completely original mudras, dictated first hand from the Akashic Registers, as a modern response to the crises of the third Millennium.
Mudras are hand postures that can open up doors towards other worlds, connecting us to energies that come from beyond our dimension. According to the author, who reflects the most ancient traditions, on one part, any problem that stalks us in our three bodies is the result of a subtle energetic unbalance.
On the other hand, there is a place in the universe where we can find the energetic source corresponding to this deficiency. One of the quickest and most economic means is the practice of these hand positions.
The author, who for many years has spread the concept of “Holistic Meditation” as a rebalancing method for the triple being we are, teaches us that we must add mental and spiritual hygiene to the physical hygiene we were taught as children. In this book he teaches 7 holistic meditations that will surprise us when we put them into practice. For meditation to be truly holistic, it must involve body (mudra or hand positions), mind (by means of a mandala, that is a drawing that constitutes an extra dimensional door), and spirit (mantram, sounds we have to emit in order to create a vibration field).
These 7 meditations consist of these three necessary ingredient...But, what will the reader’s surprise be when he/she discover that there are means to benefit people at a distance, even though the person itself may ignore the fact? Haven’t we all dreamed of being able to help people we love, and who are against all practice or belief, people who doubt so much that they have secluded themselves in towers that finally, turn into prisons? Eric Barone is an Argelian born French writer, researcher, educator, inventor who has dedicated half a century to study consciousness and all forms of ignorance (the latter, the origin of humanity’s illnesses and misfortunes, he states).Barone wrote his first book at the tender age of 16 -a book about cybernetics music learning. To every reader that, as a child, marvelled

 at fairy tales, and as an adult, rejects the

 idea that grandmothers, simple spirits,

 magicians and parents have lied to us.

 Our parents called those secrets of nature

 that also made them dream: "fabulous

 stories", and they never decided to send

 them to the well of oblivion.

They were right: it is us, men of the

 material world, who are at the bottom of the

 hole of oblivion; isn’t that what we ought

 to feel when we contemplate the horrors

 and madness of our modern life?.

I dedicate this book to those who still

 believe in magic if  dreams! They

 resemble fantasies, like those of our

 grandmother’s tales, but they aren’t.

There is another reality, not accessible

 to our physical senses, but which we can

 fathom when we put our carnal wrapping

 to slumber.

On this occasion, the giant that is

 sleeping inside us starts awakening.

The rule is easy to understand: our sleep

 dreams is their life, while their dreams

 are our lives.

This superman, that slumbers in the

 sleeping man, knows all those secrets of

 nature... it murmurs intuitions in our ears,

 through the narrative of our dreams,

 it pours prophecies upon us which we refuse

 to see, it guides us beyond our beliefs, it

 carries us to strange worlds and spaces,

 that are its most often itineraries.

We are poor when we scoff at a child’s

 simplicity that believes in fairy tales,

 we are making fun of our own material men

 clumsiness. I imagine that so does an ape

 that, afraid, mocks its own reflection when

 it sees it reflected on the surface of a lake

 for the first time. In conclusion,

 I dedicate this book to those readers who

 believe in other realities, in other worlds,

 and in the existence of energies too subtle

 for scientific apparatus to investigate

 them, but consistent enough for our

 spiritual being tocapture them.

They are the ones that perceive the other

 reality, and it is men whosee beyond the

 obviousness of senses, who have marked

 the road toothers.

Let us then be the guides on the road.

It is more honourable than to remain

 seated in resignation, watching the future

 glide past silently.

When I arrived in South America, I wrote the summary of my experiences of hypno-pedagogy in France.

I invite the reader who wants an overview of this new pedagogy to read or listen to the next chapter extracted from the first of these books, but then you will see that the story did not end here, it only began.

PROLOGUE

In 1971, in Marseilles, a port of the South of France, a young political refugee who had arrived there ten years earlier, firmly decided to become an explorer, when Algiers became independent.

But, -he asked himself- to explore, what?. All the territories of the planet seemed to have already been discovered, astronomy as well as the microscopic world had been approached by high technology, so what remained to be explored?

Being an accomplished self-taught musician, emeritus teacher, author of a work on mental cybernetics at the age of sixteen, the decision to explore taken by his brain, capable of absorbing an encyclopaedia in a week, wasn’t to be considered a teenager’s whim, but as the awakening of an old spiritual Master incarnate in a young scientist.

Sitting on a comfortable armchair, he could become entranced and read thousands of pages in a few hours... without understanding themselves and after many a night’s sleep, the books seemed to recompose, in his mind, organized in a
