From living and writing inside the psych ward in Fall 2018, to graduating college and starting my professional writing career in Winter 2020; this collection of 20 poems gives readers a detailed look into the kind of internal and external struggles I have dealt with, and shows that I have grown past them to achieve my goals and become much healthier mentally.
