Little Girl
Little girl with brown eyes,
Don’t let the world take your smile.
Little girl with brown eyes,
Don’t let the world take your shine.
Little girl with brown eyes,
Wipe your tears away, they don’t deserve your pain.
Don’t put on a mask.
Don’t hide behind a wall.
Not everyone will let you fall.
Don’t put a halt to life with that knife,
You will find a reason to stay alive.
Even if it’s going to take some time to thrive.
Little girl with brown eyes,
Don’t let the world take your smile.
Little girl with brown eyes,
Don’t let the world take your shine.
Little girl with brown eyes,
Wipe your tears away, they don’t deserve your pain.

I know it’s hard to deal with the chaos within
And you wish to disappear,
But little girl with brown eyes,
Wipe your tears away, they don’t deserve your pain.
Please don’t put on a mask.
Please don’t hide behind a wall.
Please. Not everyone will let you fall.
They Don’t Know
Smiling and laughing surround me.
They ask if I’m okay and I say yes.
They don’t know.
They pretend to know, to understand, but that’s
