Everyone – and by everyone I mean everyone – wanted to know who was under the mask. Everyone wanted to know who was the Angel. Only a few people knew that the Angel was Johnny Slype. Scarlett was one of only a few people that knew Johnny’s secret. Johnny was everything to her. Scarlett was in love with Johnny and there was nothing more that she wanted to do than spend her life with Johnny. Everything changed when she found out that he was the Angel and the fact that she couldn’t tell anyone made it hard for her. Scarlett’s life changed in many ways. One of the few ways that Scarlett changed was that she wasn’t a criminal but she did bad things. One of the bad things that she did was make a fake identification for herself and used it to get into bars. It wasn’t really an abnormal thing to do because a lot of kids do that when they can’t get into bars – but that’s not the worst thing that happened. It gets worst because ever since she found out Johnny’s secret, she became an alcoholic for many reasons. The real reason that she became an alcoholic is because she wanted to get her mind off of Johnny and she thought that getting drunk would help her, which it did and didn’t. It helped in getting her mind off Johnny but, every time she looked into a mirror, she got back into the sadness. This was happening because, every time she looked into the mirror, she was reminded of Johnny because of the jewelry he got her at their first anniversary.

One night she was out at a bar and she was drinking so much that she couldn’t control herself. Also she was drinking so much that she couldn’t talk correctly. Whenever she tried to say something, she kept blabbing her mouth and no one could understand her. After five minutes of talking nonsense, she left.

She was so drunk that she couldn’t walk straight but she was still able to walk out of the bar. The bartender walked outside and called her name.

HEY! You’re too drunk to get home, stay here I’ll call you a cab.

Ok, does it cost money because I don’t got money for a cab.

Don’t worry about it. I got the bill this time. Please don’t drink this much ever again. I understand what you’re going through but you might die if you drink this much.

I trust my body will be fine.

I’m not talking about that.

Then what are you talking about? Scarlett asked.

You’re so drunk that you might do something that can get yourself killed.

I’ll be fine.

Stay here and don’t leave, I’m calling the cab.

Understood, captain.

Scarlett was spinning in circles when, all of a sudden, a glowing butterfly came out of nowhere. The butterfly was glowing bright green and Scarlett thought it was beautiful; it was flying around and Scarlett was staring at it. She had never seen anything so beautiful before in her entire life. She stared at it as if it was the last thing she would ever see in her life. If only Scarlett knew what was going to happen next, she would’ve ran away as fast as her legs could take her but she didn’t. She opened her mouth because of how pretty it looked. The butterfly landed on her hand as she put it out. All of a sudden, things changed. The butterfly flew into Scarlett’s mouth and went down her throat. She was choking on the butterfly for a good two seconds. She was on the ground trying to breathe. Scarlett slammed her hands down on the ground and then she made a crack in the ground. Scarlett knew from that day forward that God had changed her life and given her Earthquake powers.
