I thought of you today

Today unlike any other day you were on My mind. The times you smiled I smiled with you. The times you cried and called for Me and I came. You asked Me questions and I answered them. When you cried I wept with you and look forward to a better day. And when you rejoiced I shouted with you. When you humbled yourself before Me I exalted you. What have you thought about today?

Greetings in The Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  I would like to present this blessing to you.  This journal is a compilation of thoughts, lessons learned from invites and a life walking with The Lord.  This journal is not a daily recording of events.  However the thoughts and lessons learned through those days were a blessing to me and may they also be a blessing to you.  There is still much to learn when it comes to reaching souls and it’s a continuous journey.  Our journey is never ending as we seek The Lord.  Leading others to Christ is also an ongoing venture that’s well worth it.

This is perhaps the 2nd or 3rd attempt at having a journal.  There is something special about writing with pen in hand to express oneself.  (This entry was originally written by hand in a note pad.). I'm thankful for this opportunity.  In a way I feel like I can finesse my mind.  This reminds me of what Bruce Lee had mentioned in regards to Marital Arts, that it is, the Art of expressing the human body. I guess in this way, with pen in hand written on paper this becomes, the art of expressing the human mind.

Thoughts on talking with God.  He has thoughts and feelings of His Own and He knows yours.

Aug. 20, 2014 Wed.

Recap on last weekend road trip to Redding CA, and in some ways Evangelistic training.  That Fri. Aug. 15, 2014 I got to meet with Yousef at AMPM before leaving.  While I was there, Joley was there also with his new car.  When I first met him and his wife and family their vehicle was broke down.  Later he got another vehicle and now this.  It's good that God has blessed him.  I hope he's sincere, I know that's always something to work with.  Sincerity should be a strong corner stone in our life.  I can still remember a time when I needed help with a situation with a particular family.  After praying and asking God for help and asking to give me an answer that was clear and obvious so as not to be missed.  The Lord told me to go down stairs.  On the kitchen table was a newsletter or rather a magazine from Character First about sincerity.  The magazine described in detail in what sincerity was truly about.  There was a quote written out about making things right with someone and not being concerned about how it makes you look.  The Lord truly answered my prayers as I got the answer I needed.

Not everything written for the day is about today; it may be a recap on yesterday or about tomorrow or even further.  Also entries may be annotated on note pad, or rather written, typed or spoken and recorded as this may change the thought pattern.  All this is from the same author.  Even the authors of The Bible whether it was given to them by God speaking directly to them or by having them write it down.

Rev 21:5 And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Rev 22:6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.

The day of The Lord has not yet come but it is near.  However we must not neglect The High calling to which The Lord has called us.  More than anything else we must be diligent in keeping our heart right and our thoughts on The Lord.  When infliction comes we must be bold for our Lord looks
