CHAPTER 1

TABLETS

D reams are common for some people, and there are others who never dream. There are people who have seen in their dreams things that have actually come true. The Bible tells us many times of those who had dreams. Even God has spoken to people in dreams. He also uses dreams to reveal to some of us events that will happen in our lives. Job 33:14–15 tells us, For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceive it not. In a dream, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed.

Acts 2:17 states, And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.

When I began to have these dreams, as I mentioned previously, I thought they were personal and only shared them with my wife. Every time I would have one, I would immediately describe it to her, and we would discuss it. These dreams were crystal clear, crisp, and precise. You don’t ever forget them. They were awesome!

As time passed and I experienced more dreams, I knew God was revealing them to me. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I would ask my wife, What should I do? Should I tell others? Her reply, always the same, was to write the dreams down, and if I told others, it would be something only I could decide. I knew it would be God who would give me the answer.

I kept praying and asking God to help me. Not long after that, my sister came to visit. I asked her to sit down, and then I told her about the dreams. After I told her some of the dreams, her comment was the same as my wife’s, Write it down. Still troubled about what I should do and not having a definite answer, I researched to see what others might say about the situation. It wasn’t long before I thought I had my answer. Almost everything I read seemed to agree with my wife and sister’s comments to write everything down. I told my wife what I had read and that I did not want to pass on from this life and face God, knowing that I had not shared with others what He had revealed to me. I felt sure this was the direction for me to pursue. But still I wasn’t completely certain.

Well, that all changed on January 19, 2007. I had another dream that revealed to me that I had to write down all that had been shown to me.

In the beginning of the dream everything was white. Then suddenly before me a stack of tablets appeared. They were beautiful to see, and the whiteness all around made them really stand out. I had never seen anything like it before. There seemed to be about a dozen tablets that were approximately eight by ten inches in size and a half inch in thickness. The tablet on top of the stack was blank. They all looked to be made of clay. The color of the tablets was a red clay with purple mixed in.

As I was looking at the color, I was amazed by their exquisite beauty. While I was looking at the top tablet and admiring the color, I thought, Is this the color of the blood of Jesus? It just looked precious.

Then I noticed that around the borders of the tablets were small precious stones of many brilliant colors. While I was admiring the beauty of these stones, I suddenly noticed that writings began to appear on the surface of the top tablet. The black letters appearing on the tablet looked to have been written by a quill pen. I looked at the letters and was amazed at how perfectly they were being written.

As I was looking at each individual letter, I thought, Read the message that is written. I began to focus on the words instead of the letters, and I noticed a large word in bold print at the center of the tablet. Just as I began to look at the word, I awoke from the dream. I do know the large word in the middle started with the letter H, and I want to say the word was holy; however, I’m not absolutely certain. Nevertheless, I was unable to read the writings.

I immediately got out of bed and recorded the dream. After I read it to my wife, she responded by saying that the dream was definitely God showing me that I should write about the dreams. I then felt with absolute certainty that I must record what God had revealed to me.

About eight weeks passed, and the conviction to document my dreams was strengthened even more when the Holy Spirit revealed to me that God spoke in the Bible about writing down a vision. I found it in Habakkuk 2:2–3, which says,

And the Lord answered me, and said, Write down the vision, and make it plain upon tablets, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

After reading these verses and knowing of the dream about the writings on the tablets, I was in awe! No doubt God had answered my prayers. I had His answer and am now on His path, holding Him by His precious hand. I know my future is in His hand, and each day is His day. He will use me according to His will.

Have faith in God, love Him, and have patience, and He will answer your prayers. He is your loving Father.

In 1 Corinthians 1:27, it reads, But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty. This verse helped me realize how God can choose a person like me, and the following verse helped me understand why I am to share with others what God has shown me. Deuteronomy 29:29 reads, The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

CHAPTER 2

WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE WITH JESUS

J ust as Isaiah said in Isaiah 6:5, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts, so it is with me. One night I was awakened to complete darkness. My curiosity took control, as I wondered why everything was so black. Then I saw something floating down from above. As two feet began to drift down ever-so-slowly, I studied them and was amazed at how beautiful they were. They were perfectly shaped and radiant, glowing as brightly as polished gold. As they continued to slowly drift down, I noticed something else beginning to appear from above. There were two hands. The hands were stretched out with the palms facing me. Just as the feet, they were beautiful beyond description. No doubt, I was perplexed at what I was seeing. Everything was so black, and all I could see were shining hands and feet. They continued to float down until they stopped in front of me. At this point I could still see only the two hands and feet.

The silhouette of a robe began to form just above the feet. It slowly progressed to the waist and then draped over the edge of the hands to form the sleeves, the shoulders, and finally ended with a hood over the head. There was a radiant glow surrounding the entire figure. I could finally see that it was the shape of someone facing me with arms stretched outward and the palms of the hands lovingly extended toward me. The feet were pointed down as if this someone was suspended in the air. Once the form was complete, I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful it was to see. The light all around this person was breathtaking.

I was nervous and curious and asked, Who is this? As soon as the question was asked, I heard the words, This is Jesus. Then wham! Instantly it hit me! It was the greatest feeling that I have ever experienced. Believe me, I have never felt that unbelievably joyful. Wonderful, magnificent, super, and fantastic do not begin to describe how good I was feeling. Actually I know of no words that can describe it. All the pressure in your body and mind are gone. As I was looking at Him, it felt as though He had wrapped His arms around me, filling me with the most powerful love that
