Introduction

Cancer, and all that it entails, is one of the biggest evils in our world today. Every year, millions of people die of cancer, while billions of dollars are spent on cancer research to try to rid the world of its curse. You would think that by now, in the 21st century, with our current level of science, technology and medicine, somebody somewhere would have discovered the definitive cure for cancer.

Somebody has.

And yet, the incredible truth is that the medical doctor who made this priceless discovery has been silenced by modern medicine and politics. Why? Because what he discovered (and has absolutely scientifically proven beyond a shadow of a doubt), instead of being another patentable chemical formula, has instead turned modern medicine on its head. And so, far from celebrating the advent of the cure for cancer with the award of a Nobel Prize in medicine, instead we are perhaps witnessing the biggest ever cover-up in all of modern science and politics! Embarrassed medical authorities and governments seeking to maintain the economical status quo, have opted to put their own financial needs above the well being of mankind, by ignoring or discrediting these discoveries in the hope that they might go away.

With cancer research and treatment being a multi-trilliondollar industry, it's no wonder we don't have an official cure for cancer! Can you imagine the economic complications that would occur if a cure for cancer was suddenly announced? Thousands of researchers, drug company employees, cancer agencies, etc., would be out of work overnight! No, who cares that the cure for cancer has already been found, we can’t afford the consequences!

But truth and life will always find a way.

I believe that there are two ways that a human being can be cured completely of cancer: 1) Naturally, and 2) Supernaturally. We could name a third way of healing, which I call the artificial, or forced way of being healed, which is the practice of modern medicine. It is the most intrusive yet least effective way of healing, using aggressive and invasive methods like surgery or drugs to (hopefully) aid the natural healing process. But even in the best cases, modern medical practice only facilitates the work of nature; it cannot heal in and of itself. And unfortunately, more often than not these invasive practices do more harm than good. Yet feeding on man’s innate fear of death, both business and politics have turned modern medicine into the religion of our western world, especially in the U.S.A., where pharmaceutics is a multi-billion-dollar industry. Where profits can be made, truth falls by the wayside.

Modern medicine has its place and use, but its rightful place is NOT to try to heal us of our diseases, especially diseases such as cancer. And I hope to show you why.

As I said, there are two ways in which we may really be healed: naturally, or supernaturally. All forms of what is commonly called alternative medicine (the ones that actually work – some don’t!) involve one or both of these ways. Supernatural healing in its many forms and practices is a complex subject of its own and is not covered in this book.

So never mind if you don’t believe in the supernatural. You don’t even have to believe in God to understand the truths presented here, because this book instead presents the findings of a German medical doctor and cancer specialist, Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer, who discovered the Five Biological Laws of disease, including what he calls the Iron Rule of Cancer. These are the natural laws that govern almost all disease processes in human beings and animals alike, and represent what is perhaps the greatest medical discovery of ALL TIME! These laws govern the causes of disease, predict exactly how they will develop in each case, and yes, spell out exactly how and why they get healed. ALL, I repeat, 100%, of cancer cases conform to these biological laws. So what this doctor has discovered is the NATURAL, yet absolutely 100% effective and scientific, way to be healed of cancer!

Looking at it another way, the information in this book reveals how the human body is designed to heal itself, a design that is far more amazing and powerful than science has been able to fathom... until now! And not surprisingly, perhaps, this scientific discovery about cancer is in total agreement with traditional wisdom concerning the relationship between the mind and body, wisdom that spans hundreds, even thousands of years! As Dr. Hamer himself said:

Through the millennia, humanity has more or less consciously known that all diseases ultimately have a psychic origin and it became a scientific asset firmly anchored in the inheritance of universal knowledge; it is only modern medicine that has turned our animated beings into a bag full of chemical formulas.

Chapter 1 in this book points out some of the major problems of modern medicine, the real religion of the Western world, and the sheep mentality that characterizes the general public in regards to the doctor’s word. Chapter 2 introduces Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer, the discoverer of the cure for cancer, and outlines his work. Chapter 3 is a deeper look into the workings of Dr. Hamer’s German New Medicine, and Chapter 4 presents some practical implications of his discoveries. Chapter 5 is addressed specifically to those who may be suffering from cancer. Chapters 6 and 7 explore some of the bigger human and political issues involved, starting with a general biography of Dr. Hamer, and finishing with some of my thoughts and predictions concerning the far-reaching consequences of his discoveries.

Because of the urgency of spreading this knowledge in order to possibly save lives, I admit to having based much of the material in this book on others’ writings, in order to save myself from unnecessarily rewriting research that has already been made. In particular, I found Robert Morley’s well-researched article Does Medicine Deserve Your Faith? an excellent starting point for this book, as it presents an overview of the inherent problems in today’s medical world. Therefore chapter one is almost entirely based on his article. Of course, the chapters on Dr. Hamer’s discoveries are based on his own writings and research. In each case I have tried to give credit where credit is due, and hope that the respective authors don’t mind me including their material so that together we can let the truth be known. I have included a complete bibliography at the end of the book.
