    Introduction ~

Growing up I faced many trials and tribulations that affected my out look on the world. During my teenage years I dealt with depression, insecurity, self-hatred, and a lack of confidence. I was bullied both by my peers and adults. In middle school I was made fun of for the way I looked, had candy spit in my hair, threatened to be beaten up, and my personal property stolen only to be taunted with it later. It even went as far as a fellow classmate spreading the rumor that I had herpes because I had eczema on my chin. All of this happened to me before the age of fourteen.

My self-image was nearly destroyed by the time I entered high school. I kept the pain I felt inside a secret. I became more and more angry with who I was, and the world I was living in. I built up a tough exterior in an effort to create the image that I could not be hurt. Unfortunately by doing so I hurt myself, and the people around me.

By the time I was seventeen I was so miserable that I finally reached out for help. Fortunately for me I came into contact with the life coach/spiritual advisor who saved my life. She taught me the metaphysical tools that not only changed my life, but also created a life full of happiness. After just a few months of coaching my life completely turned around. The bullying stopped, I had gained happiness, and for the first time in my life I had confidence.

I recently came to the realization that most kids have gone through what I have. That is why I have written this book. The tools that I mentioned previously that changed my life are all written down in this book. I wanted to provide the opportunity of change to all those who are currently, or have previously experienced a situation like mine. I hope that the tools in this book can help prevent, or mend any hurt that may have occurred in your life. As you continue reading through this book you will learn how to take charge and create the life you want. Each tool is significant to the process of change. Make sure to read the entire book so you gain all the benefits of each tool! I know that if I was able to succeed using these tools anyone can. I am so excited for you to begin your journey on purifying your life, and filling it with love and happiness.

    Chapter One ~

    Mirror Therapy

When I use to look in the mirror I would see nothing but ugly. I would spend hours crying over everything that I hated about my face and body. I use to think my eyes were too far apart, my nose too big, and my face too fat. Fat was the word that consumed my thoughts when I looked at myself. I hated my arms, stomach, and rear-end. Fat and ugly was what I saw when I looked in the mirror, and since this is what I thought it is what I manifested in my everyday life. Not knowing the power of my words I didn’t realize that this was what I was putting out to the Universe. Words carry a strong energy of attraction. So ever time I used the word fat or ugly when looking at myself I created a negative perception of what others would see when they looked at me. This took hold of my life when I was 15 years old. I had friends tell me to stop eating because I was getting fat. A track coach patted my stomach and said to me, "You should start
