About Faith
A Note from Faith
Figure1.JPGTwelve years ago, I volunteered to lead a pilot workshop called Discover Your Talents.
It was scheduled for a Friday morning, at 7:30 a.m., in a small, remote conference room.
A few days before the program, the coordinator called in a panic. She exclaimed, There are 450 people signed up for your workshop—including the CEO!
Such an overwhelming response certainly got my attention.
Since that time, I’ve been on a mission to help others discover their talents. My mother used to say, Faith, you only need to do one thing well, and the rest will fall into place.
Her advice was golden.
In school, I struggled until I started a Master’s degree in counseling psychology; there, I found my sweet spot. From that moment, my education and career took off. Today, I work happily and productively in my talent zone.
Research tells us that 78% of employees aren’t fully engaged at work. You have the power to change this. Help employees focus on their talents, and you’ll see engagement and performance soar. It happens every time. I created Play to Your Strengths games to help you focus on strengths and achieve great things together.
