    Preface

    This book has been written for those who like me would really like to progress in a healthy way and help make something happen were the worlds evolution is concerned having a healthy mind and body and live and achieve a fair level of longevity whilst being here, no matter how many times that may actually be. I have mulled over and looked at why I started writing and as to the reason I needed to write in the first place and came to the conclusion to make all the information that I had in my mind ring clean and true, and as to all the research I had made, that showed me so much, I felt in the end that it was so good knowing it all, that I had to tell as many people as possible as it made such a difference and I felt so good that I was compelled to put it all into words and write it down.

    With having lost people, I love in ways I reason to be unjust I began looking at the facts, could things have been different and I surmised that with corroborative evidence that they could have. That I could help others change things for themselves with the information I have had and, that could be given to them and aid them to heal. You cannot change the past but by healing, the outlook seems a little more palatable

    • The information that is given is to aid people to heal alongside, there general advice from their Doctors and Health Practitioners to work with them. Whether they are physicians, in the sense that they were either allopathic trained or holistically trained Doctors such as Naturopaths, Chiropractors, and Homeopaths or any other natural health care specialist as Doctors.

    • The information that I have given is to the best of my knowledge good, I am human and if there are any inaccuracies my readers will have to forgive me, always get a second opinion please do not self-treat without asking another’s advice even therapist do that so do not feel it is a short coming, to gain more knowledge.

    1: Raw Food

    Some people of the 21st Century may say that raw foodist is a fad but in all actuality its more in line with what we as humans, would actually be eating in the wild. A healthy mix of fruits and vegetables that can all be readily cultivated in a vegetable patch or an orchard. There is in my experience an amazing amount to learn from, knowing how to prepare and to combine well, as the extent that you can diversify is endless. Yet actually getting the right mix is something totally different let alone to actually hydrate, get nutrition levels right all to aid your health vitality & wellbeing. As many people as I have read and researched, with all their ideas and ideals.

    I am steadfastly in agreement with the information that I have gathered from many different sources, I will always be open to more yet with a great amount of corroborative evidence the answers do seem very plain and does substantiate all I have researched. As to all the combinations not only correlating, they just feel so good when you put them in, that there seems to be no adverse effect, with regard to the information that I will unfold to yourselves in these pages.

    The word raw means, uncooked, fresh, unprocessed, unprepared, unrefined, crude, and natural. This state is definitive, so when people say are you a raw foodist there could be a difference in opinion as with all descriptive narratives of the types of dietary habits people have, and with each being having a contrasting view as I have found out, as with vegetarianism or veganism some abide by very serious beliefs and strict guidelines, that do not condone the eating of any flesh such as eggs or use any animal cruelty driven livestock. The debate is endless, yet in this case I have used with the best of my knowledge the teachings and what I have gained though the learning from my experiences, and those taught to me by my traveling, regarding the many diverse and multi-cultured places I visited on my way.

      2: Food Preparation

    In this section I am considering the needs of the human physiology and anatomy, with a life style that needs a high level of raw food to nourish it and dependant on the fact that whether you may or may not be a raw foodist and that you may like to just elevate the level of raw high energy foods you consume , to aid your energy reserves by energising, and re-energising, by hydrating more often, stabilising nutrition levels by eating more fruit and vegetables, to add to mineral levels or vitamin needs already there.

    There is another path you may also like to consider, the one of ingesting less un-environmentally friendly energy. The human body for centuries has been putting up with the fact that we as humans have developed in such an un-environmentally friendly way with the building of nuclear energy plants and have come to use this means as a source of energy and power to run machines that we use on a day to day basis , the fact that humans were never designed to deal with such mechanics is totally confounding in the first place, and the logistics are fundamentally bewildering and it is astonishing that the anatomy actually stands up to the onslaught of such high levels of contaminants from the nucleonic energy fields that the body is put under and phenomenally actually survives.

    It is as a given fact a feat not explicable by just physical forces, there is another force much more educated than we aiding such miracles to happen, some may call it the spirit world or a higher energy one that we may just theorise about and have complete faith in and let go to.

    On a daily basics we as humans have to survive everyday with the necessity of needing to hydrate, nourish, and assimilate to keep ourselves in a healthy way, in mind and body so facilitating emotional stability.

    With the priorities all accounted for, whether it is vitamin and mineral levels considered, dietary plans compilated and adhered to. All in keeping with a regular time scheduling so as to have a comprehensive amount of matter actually going through keep the body functioning in a healthy way.
