No stranger to running barefoot through the forest in search of specific plants and herbs, which became food and medicine alike. This knowledge grew as she grew into adulthood and a mother of four. Clean and simple living was her goal, without sacrificing her or her families requirements. Now in the 59th year of her life, she has successfully overcome many ailments in her life and helped many along the way. Never has she professed to be anything more than she is, a woman taught by healers of old, self-taught by numerous books and experiences for more than thirty years.
Now is the time to share the experiences and knowledge, both successes and challenges.
