The Reaper’s Box   

THE REAPER WILL RISE and knock three times on your door, he creeps inside and pop out of his trinket, and devour you... then back in the box he goes.

Gather around my children,

let me tell you a story:

This is the story of the Reaper’s box. Most of you know the reaper comes out to collect the souls of the dead.... But, not this reaper, he comes to feed, feed from the bad and the ugly, from the young and the old.

Every thirteen years, the reaper returns with its box, ready to feed. Deep in your soul it goes and down it is that you go. To stay alive, you must do three things.

1-be its friend,

2-pass the box to someone bad, and

3-never tell a soul....

Or you will be next...

HELEN OWENS, A ROYAL servant of the Lena’ family, she was given a very important task, that task was ... to keep Lily Lena’ safe, by any means necessary...  but that did not happen.

It avenges the death of its father, by killing the man responsible for its father’s death and of its own. But the journal said," to really avenge the death of an innocence, the bad person must die as well as their bloodline...

So, for the reaper to become completely human once more and end the curse, it must kill the last of its enemy bloodline. With that saying. there is one left of Tom Henderson bloodline that was not killed on October thirty-first, the day that Tom and his wife died... and that was their newborn baby girl. The reaper vanishes from town, in search of the child. No one knew where the child was, ...

until now.

Helen claim Lily as her own,  in case she returns home, she remain in the home of The Lena’s house, she open the house as an bed and breakfast, since it was overviewing the expressway, hosting an grand opening an couple seen the sign, driving all night they wanted to pull over an rest.

There was a lot of tension between them, the house felt it. even though the Lena’s house had a warm and cozy feeling towards it, it also had a dark and evil side as well.

later that evening, the couple found out the reason the Lena home is haunted.

The couple was having an argument, the man storms out of the room, as he was walking down the hall, he saw a man’s shadow, curious, he went looking for it. The spirit wanted him to find it, it walked slow and stop at each corner, looking at the man as he follows it.

The wife was in room that use to be Lily’s, she was snooping around, there was a shadow in the room with her, she turned and look, but she could not see it there anymore.. but what she did she was a music box; she love music boxes... but this music box was not light no other....

She looks and look, examining the box, she realizes she never seen one like this before. it had numbers, colors and made from brass. But what made this box so unique, she had to solve it to open it. that is right kiddies, .... No more whining up. Once she pushes the first number, the box begins to sing, she begins to place all the colors together and the number. but the number was for the date. When everything was lineup correctly, the box stops playing....

It pauses............POP!

The box pop opens quickly, starting the woman, she drops the box, scream, and jump back... the box open and smoke appeared, the woman watches as the box opens.

The smoke gets bigger and bigger as the beast comes out. one haul at a time, clicking as it hits the floor. The woman could not see the beast, as the smoke is in the way.

But... she was able to see something black hit the floor, touching the tip of its hauls.

Panting.... The woman vision gets clearer of the beast, it was tall, for sure. The smoke begins to dismiss, she sees the images cover by a long trench black coat, there was a hood covering its face and the beast face was tilt down looking at the floor.

The hood coving its head as well as a black top hat. The beast slowly lifts its head, rotating it from left to right, cracking its neck.

{Aww, I am free, I am free} said the beast.

{I am also hungry}.

It turned a look at the woman, she seen the beast face shifting, its head begins to turn around, doing a three-hundred-and-sixty-degree turn.

Quickly she ran to the door, shaking the doorknob, scream for help, banging on the door... but no one heard her cries.... Not even her husband.

The beast levitated over to her.

{pipe down, I have a deal...I will spare your life, but only if you can abide by my rules:}

[ANYTHING}...the woman said.

Here are the rules:

1.Be a true friend

2.Pass the box to someone bad

3.Never tell a soul about me

And the last one...

4. If I ever reoccur to you, do not destroy me, just pass me to another bad soul... again.

If you can follow these rules, I will be your friend to the end.... but if you cross me... you will see the end.

{I can follow them, I can.} the woman proclaims.

Right then and there she knew exactly who she wanted to give the box too.... her husband.

There was a voiced at the door, someone was rattling the doorknob trying to enter the room.... The beast unlocks the door.

It was Helen...

Helen looked, and the beast look at Helen, Helen walk over to the beast... with open arms.

{I am, I am, I am....}

Helen reached for the beast face with the tip of her fingers.

{I know sweetie.... I know.... You are the REAPER}

Then they hug each other.

Helen look over at the young woman, she was fighting and balled up in the corner.

{She was the first to see you...?}

Yes madam, said the reaper.

I give her a choice, to spare her life or end it....

She choice to spare her life...

You must be hungry said Helen

Can you shift?

Yes, I am hungry Mrs. Helen, but... I am to week to shift

{I have someone} e said the woman

{He is here right now, somewhere} said the woman

Helen looked at the woman, your husband... I sense the tension between you too earlier, then she looks at the reaper.

{you must feed} said Helen

The reaper nodded its head as an agreement, went back into its box, but not until it reminds the woman about her deal. she looks at the reaper, took a big swallow and said.

[I REMEMBER}.

The woman left the room, went looking for her husband. While she was searching for him, Mrs. Helen stayed in the room, talking to reaper. When this is over, we must leave this place, we must find the baby and kill it so you can become a compete human, instead of shape shifting, ok.

Find my parents journal, see if there is anything in there that I can do in case I cannot find the baby. Said the reaper.

I hear footsteps said Helen

I will be back... Helen left out the room through the secret chambers, the woman brought her husband back to the room as she promises.

Look this is what I was talking about.... it is must be worth a fortune, the woman said. Her husband picks up the box, she moved backwards.... He begins to shake the box,

{what are you doing?}

{stop that, you might break something} she said.

The man stops, but he was curious how it works. so, he begins playing with it, he solves the colors first. then the numbers, the music begins to play. The woman knew what was about to happen, so she took the box from him, drop it on the floor...

Let us just take the box with us and see if we can sell it. said the woman.

The reaper did not like that idea... it knew what was about to happen next....

The woman told her husband, that there was a creature inside the box, and when the music stops, the box opens, and the reaper comes out. her husband did not believe her,

{the reaper only comes for the soul of the dead people, not the living} he said.

Honey, this is not no original reaper, this one is worst... it comes for bad people young or old. Without no thoughts, the box opens, they were not paying attention to the box, they were too busy arguing.

Through the shadows of the wall, there lurks the reaper, it was upset and hungry, as its shadow becomes bigger and taller, it hoovers over the marry couple, the woman  did not want to look, she said to her husband, as he looked over their heads.

{I told you so}

Down comes the reaper, opening its mouth as a big as a tunnel, and over the married couple it went and down it is throat into hell they went.

The reaper feed, and for a short period she was human again. Helen enter the room, my, my, my... my lady are we staying the night, ask Helen. The lady looks at Helen.

Yes, yes until morning.

In that case, let me tidy up your room and I will be meet you downstairs, there
