I wrote this book based on how God walks with me because I now realize He has been walking with me through the people who I have come in contact with throughout my life. Whether I’ve known them my entire life or less than 24 hours.

Prologue

Before or after reading this book, I strongly encourage you to create your own personal relationship with God. Once a relationship is established, no one can deter your love for God and thankfully, his love for you. In reality, everyone has their own interpretation of who God is. Just yesterday, while conversing with my loved one, she mentioned she knows people who can read word for word each scripture out of the Bible, so you have to be careful because they can use it for evil or for good. This is what stops people from going to church. The thought of one getting caught up in what people in the church think, believe and/or will judge them on instead of just simply going for God is often frustrating and discouraging. God wants us to worship with others. So when I go, I go solely for Him and to receive His love in the presence of others.

Once you begin reading this, my goal is for you to imagine relationships you've had with people who have taught you about God, people who have reminded you of who God is during tough times in your life, or to remember the first time you learned how to pray. In my opinion, that is your proof God is real. God chose those individuals to come into your life to tell you more about who He really is.

I learned how to pray and what prayer can do at such a young age. So much so, I can easily pray while looking at someone. Lately, I can admit I have a tougher time diving into the word. It’s
