This part also stresses on the credibility of the book to become your all-time stop for a perfect home-fitness guide and how it can assess your performance like a virtual personal trainer. Idea Behind The Book - A Brief Introduction
The COVID-19 has shown the world that things are adventitious and evanescent. We have seen a rapid change in all the sectors of the modern world amid this pandemic and the health&fitness industry is left no different, with gyms closing, CrossFit centers shutting down, and training arenas making a long absence from one’s general google map history. Though people were stressing on the home-workout medium since long before, these contemporaneous circumstances added furthermore to this point making home-workouts as the only current choice to keep you fit.
I was perceiving these changes that were happening in the health&fitness industry very closely, closer than many others because I have been a close-knit part of the industry for some cool time now, and secondly, because I knew it was high time to take some herculean steps and make some breakthrough changes to ameliorate the industry, and to make health and fitness available across all the houses of the globe either now or post this pandemic. Like others, I also shifted to the online medium of teaching fitness exercises, conducting periodic classes, scheduling workouts, and planning the nutritional regimes of my clients and students. Things were going faultlessly fair, but I felt something was lacking, something that would make it a complete process, and help me connect with a major number of fitness enthusiasts across the world. It was after a lot of in-person brainstorming that I felt there could be no better idea than to compile all my observations, knowledge, training methods, researches, and techniques in the form of a book, and bring it to the consciousness of all the enthusiasts.
A good number of people have been following the trend of Home-Workouts since long, but the COVID has inclined the vision of another ‘lot’ in the same direction, with two vital reasons being the spearhead of this clause. One, the lockdown was imposed which resulted in the inaccessibility to reach out to fitness centers, while the second, could be the more feasibility, sustainability, and durability the home workouts offered in a long run irrespective of all the external ailments or odds. The task of transferring my mindset to the home-workout was a little grueling task for me because I have always been a big ban of lifting heavy-ass weights ( no doubt Ronnie is my all-time favorite), and always had a secret crush on iron bars in the gym (no offenses). But I have always been reading out and teaching my clients the various home-workout exercises via personal experiences and techniques and felt it this as an opportunity. Every opportunity with no second thoughts is a blessing in disguise, and this was a whole planetarium of it. This would give me the chance to connect with whole new lovely facets of the industry who always needed someone to guide them through with their Home-Workouts like there counterparts were being guided by the PTs.
Last but not least, this is me Tatvabodh Arya
speaking and connecting with you through this book, and sending out my personal note that you are born to rule and to make you firmly believe that no transformations are tough because it’s all in the mind.
