What does wellbeing mean to you? How would you describe it to others?
"Wellbeing to me is when my whole being (mental/emotional, physical, spiritual and social) is balanced."
What do you include as part of your weekly routine that helps look after your wellbeing?
" I will have some sort of activation/movement most days. These can vary depending on how my body feels. But I count everyday life things as movement. i.e. walking to trains and buses, gardening and breath-work."
