To educate Capoeira culture responsibly and generate respect, we also need to write aware of the rules of the Orthographic Agreements, in force since 1931-1943 and with the 1971 amendments to an agreement in force in Brazil that determine the official Portuguese-speaking orthographic rule - used in Brazil. The orthographic rules teach that a cultural title, as well as proper names, must be written with an initial capital letter. In addition, the Brazilian word to name the Capoeira culture being well written with the initial capital letter [C] single out the difference of the Portuguese word {capoeira} in lower case which is a nickname for the chicken coops of the Portuguese.

Mestre Jeronimo chats about the spiritual Candomblé traditions firmly rooted in the origins of Brazilian Capoeira and shaping the style of singing and the sway of Capuêra's ginga. Narrating on the exclusion of Atabaques at the Capoeira School of Mestre Bimba, in Bahia, he notifies how the same state of affairs happened in his Roda in Australia.

; e a mente digere.
The Capuêra culture {Kaa-puera; Capoeira; Capuera; Capoera, etc.} that originated in colonial Brazil through the defiance of the enslaved was aimed to overthrow oppression. Thus, Brazilian Capuêra is a powerful social weapon that combines the mix of cultures from the People of Latin America, African and European. My Capuêra culture embodies the legacy of the Brazilian Quilombola People's struggle against discrimination. It is no wonder why our traditions in Brazil extol this saying: Capuêra is everything the mouth eats
; and the mind digests. Definitely, Capuêra certifies the totality of our lives in our Planet Earth’s Roda. So, I teach that the Brazilian word that names the culture of Capoeira is a proper name and must be correctly written with an initial capital letter [C]. The nickname {capoeira} written in lowercase identifies Portugal's chicken
