      So many cold facts so little rubbish. Absolutely worthy of reading it, no matter how deep you are in personal development .

      "Responsibility Rebellion" is an excellent read after doing Kain Ramsay's course on Life Coach Practitioner. The book goes much deeper into the unconventional approach which the author explains in his course on Mindfulness. The book is very simple, easy to understand and much easier to practice in day-to-day life. It can be used as a workbook.
