Sian Gilmore is model from Broadstairs, Kent, UK. She have a unique and memorable face and her tattoos tells a story. She is a little shy at first, but shows her fun and quirky side in the short time…

Alex:      When, how and why did you first get involved in the modeling?

Sian: I started modelling in November 2019. Someone approached me asking if I would like to do a test shoot with them and I thought life’s too short - the worst they could say is that I’m not right for modelling, then I’d forget about it and move on! I uploaded the pictures to my Instagram and Purple Port pages and the shoot offers came from there!

Alex: What style is your favorite: fashion, erotic, BDSM …etc.?

Sian: BDSM and erotic shoots are by far my favorite! I love how you can portray so much emotion and lust in one image.

Alex: What is your favorite pose and who chooses the poses?

Sian: I use my hands a lot when posing - always putting them close to my face or chest. I like the ‘sultry’ look, so the way my hands are placed really emphasizes this.

Alex: Do you prefer to shoot outside or in a studio?

Sian: I’m yet to shoot outside in the summer, so my mind could be swayed. However, from my experience of freezing outdoor shoots, I’d say the studio is my favorite place to be.

Alex: Please tell us about the best and/or worst experiences you’ve had so far in modeling.

Sian: Some of my best experiences include; finding ‘Studio. Mckenzie’ as we work so incredibly well together. Doing my first duo shoot with Tyana – that was the most fun I’ve had in a long time! Lastly, getting the chance to shoot with ‘HorrifyMe’, as his work has always been something I’ve loved and I never thought I’d get the opportunity to shoot with him.

Alex: What future plans do you have? What’s next for you?

Sian: Definitely more duo shoots! They’re just so much fun and I love being able to bounce ideas around with another model. I’d also love to go to conventions and meet other models and photographers. (A tattoo convention is definitely on my personal list!)

Simon McKenzie is a photographer from north Kent.

He loves working with amazing people to create fantastic shots. His passion is in boudoir and body-scape, Simon adores working in monochrome. Photography to him is creating a piece of art.

I love working in colors but black and white is such an amazing medium, it can change an image immensely, and using light to sculpt and image, to create shadows and highlights on the model can make a black and white image stand out and can tell a story, and produce magnificent images.

Simon loves Boudoir and lingerie shoots. He always trying to portray models in an arty and classy way and making them look and feel special.

Alex: How and when did you first become interested in photography?

Simon: I have been into photography for about 15 years, but working with models for the past 3 years.

Alex: What do you like most about being a photographer?

Simon: My love for photography allows me to be creative and express my vision within.
