My name is Jacob and I am a aspiring writer,Yes I know we all say that and then we end up in one of those jobs that pays the bills, but I love working in Childcare, so I got the happy job. I love my job, but my passion is writing and has been since I was eleven year old and was running around my adopted family's property yelling and screaming, acting out my pages. I fell in love with story telling and always forget how to spell 'Story'.My other interests are graphic art, childcare, photography, music, movies and video games. I would refer to myself as a happy go lucky socially awkward geek who likes to makes others laugh... therefore I aplogise for all the death in my books and future books.... and pretty much everything I write. I know I am weird and different and I have embraced that in my books, so please enjoy!

CHAPTER ONE
2020 AD
NORTHWEST UNIVERSITY
NEW YORK
EARTH
You know… Death can seem so final.
When I think about death, I think of this dark skeletal man in black robes sitting on the bus next to an old lady, holding his scythe and waiting for her inevitable death. I mean come on, they say that your life flashes before your eyes and you suddenly have this realisation about all the things you did while you were alive. Though all I saw was the four hours before and wondered why I didn’t just get laid. I am Michelle, and this is the awfully long, over-exaggerated story of how I died and what the killer did afterwards to make my friends and the students of North-West University’s life a living hell.
But seriously, listen to my story and leave all questions to the end, because this bitch does not like to be interrupted by anyone…

ZETA BETA ALPHA
NORTHWEST UNIVERSITY
NEW YORK
EARTH
FOUR HOURS TILL MY DEATH,
A week ago, I decided to take the plunge and pledge myself to the sorority Zeta Beta alpha; I thought why not have the whole college experience and give in to the whole sisterhood crap. I mean my mother would always talk about it like it was some sort of privilege that she and her sister experienced, they would have events with one another years after they attended university. Either way, the girls unsurprisingly fell in love with me, you know because of my beauty, perfect personality and the skill to say it how it is or maybe it was because I was a so-called legacy. Though I move on… I had arrived late to one of their pledge mixers, I mean North-West university is a really big place, and the campus is pretty much a maze. I was excited about seeing all the girls together and of course getting my hands on all the hot boys, without my pesky boyfriend finding out… I sometimes questioned why I kept him.
As I arrived, I heard the music blaring ridiculously loud; I swear I was getting a headache and I hadn’t even gotten to the door yet. I walked up the steps gracefully and curled my hand into a fist… I paused for a moment, to the left of me in the distance there seemed to be a bunch of black hooded people holding a tall staff with a torch attached to the top. At the time I thought it was just the nerds playing the Dungeons and Dipshits game, they really got into it sometimes. Before I had the chance to turn around and knock on the door, one of my friends came bursting out with a water gun...
Strange weapon of choice.
[April Lang: An Asian girl born in Tokyo, Japan. I met her in New York at the end of senior year; we decided we would go to Spring Break together and had the time of our lives. Supposedly she was majoring in Psychology; I don’t know how a name change is supposed to change personal opinions on your occupation choices]
OH MY GEE! Michelle, you made it… Seriously, just give me a second,
She called out like one of the boys. April took her water gun aimed it at the closest fraternity boy and shot him right in the face, though the question was whether it was water or some form of alcoholic beverage, Take that, you muscular douchebag!
Oh, just so you know April very clearly hates fraternity boys, she only joined the sisterhood for the whole sisterly bonding thing, whatever that means.
Hello, April, I got lost. This place is tots ridiculous,
I responded, trying to go along with it. April was still aiming for any fraternity boy trying to talk up one of our sisters and shot him in the head or crutch. The girl code is an important thing in a sorority.
April then spun around with an angry expression and said, No! We do not use abbreviations in this house
. April then proceeded to spray water into my face. I pushed the water out of my eyes and tried to stop myself from beating her with the gun. No one ruins my hair and lives!
Now that you’re done amusing yourself, can I come in?
I asked. She motioned for me to enter, and all around me, the music got louder. There were drunk people left and right and a large abundance of red plastic cups plaguing the house. It was going to take hours to clean in the morning; luckily, I didn’t have to clean it as I only had four more hours left on earth.
Hey Michelle, the others are in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Look for the love heart on one of the doors,
April said before rushing back outside to continue her little water fight. By others, she meant the little group that we created, we were all so close and told each other nearly everything. I mean a college environment is like the wild and in order to survive you have to remember to stay in your pack.
I pushed through the drunks and the dancers, trying desperately not to touch their disguising, sweaty bodies. Luckily, I made it to the stairs unscathed, the house only has two floors but is still the biggest house on Greek Row. Being the best sorority on campus they wanted to keep it clean, elegant and small, but when they rebuilt the Greek Row to stretch out further, they took the opportunity to expand and create a larger building.
I got to the top floor and noticed the row of doors covering the walls around me, it strange that I had never had the chance to be on the second floor yet. I also noticed that there was no one on this floor. I took a few steps forward looking at each door and noticed that on the opposite of the room there seemed to be a pink love heart sticker. I wasn’t too sure at the time whose room it was and why all my friends would be upstairs, excluding April of course.
Well are you just going to stand there staring or are you going to turn around and give me a hug,
a voice came from behind me, I swung around, and there was Courtney holding two red cups of cheap-ass beer. Now usually when a black person creeps up behind me, I spray them in the face with my pepper spray, but she did have alcohol in her hands, and I couldn't waste that.
[Courtney Kellar: my black friend from Michigan. You could say she was the one who taught me to be more tolerant, well more tolerant then I was before. I met her in French classes, she was at the top of the class, and we’d have coffee so that I could get tutoring from her. We went to Paris for two weeks together and had a big scrapbook with all of our pictures, were like two little old ladies.]
Oh Courtney, I can’t believe it,
I wrapped my arms around her and gave her a tight squeeze. I could see her skinny jeans from behind, and that girl has definitely got junk in her trunk. So, I heard from April there doing a little get together in one of the rooms, how private
.
Yeah kind of. Come on we’re all in Brooklyn’s room, mainly because it’s the only clean one. That’s only because she’s got some major hygiene issue, that girl should talk to Pierce or April. At least then she could get some mental help. The bitch cray,
Courtney replied. I had heard about the issues Brooklyn had with the clean regiments of the sisters and the laundry fiasco they had last year where she threw bleach in some girl's face.
[Brooklyn Smith: A cowgirl girl from Texas that I completely corrupted. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get rid of her god-awful accent, but we were able to strip her of all her cowboy hats. I met her on a plane coming back from my parents; luckily, I was doing the whole connecting flight; otherwise, I would have had no one to talk to. Though I could have done without half a dozen stories about cattle and other animals that she had become friends with.]
Oh, and there is also Pierce, he is our gay friend and the housekeeper from Zeta Beta Alpha. Though really, I have never thought of him as our housekeeper, I met him when he was working at Starbucks and we so totally fell in love. We now think of him as an honorary girl.
What are you guys doing in her room?
I asked curiously, Please don't say orgy, not even as a joke
.
Oh no, not that. More voodoo, cleaning up dead bodies, bubble fights. You know the usual,
Courtney said with a smile, I rarely got her very strange sense of humour, but she was the smartest one in the group and a whiz with anything electronic.
Oh. Anyway, how are you and my brother going? Changed from friends too with benefits to a real adult relationship?
I questioned. I had seen the two of them staring at each other every single moment they could since they met at my ‘I passed French party’. I told them both that I was okay with them dating and yet neither one of them had made a move. I thought he was perfect for Courtney and the two of them hit it off. For one Courtney doesn’t want kids and Leo is sterile, so the two of them are perfect for each other. I promised never to tell anyone about Leo's condition, but I rarely keep my promises.
Well, I saw him for coffee before the study semester started, but it was okay. There really wasn’t much we had to say honestly,
the bitch was so holding out on me, she only does the vague thing when she has something to hide, and I hate secrets. I decided to cut her some slack and ask questions about it later; for now, I was more interested in what was behind door number one.
Before Courtney and I had the chance to enter the room, the last member of our group showed her pretty little face. Helena popped out through the door and stood in our way, like she was stalling for time. She had a suspicious smile on her face and was standing right in front of the door; she wasn’t going to budge.
[Helena Uhman: She was the prettiest, but not the brightest bulb. She was, however, majoring in business and commerce so that she could take over the family business; they are mainly looking into the advertising world. She is one of those trust fund airheads who is strangely smart when it comes to one topic and in her case, it’s business.]
Helena, please get out of my way now,
I demanded in a calm tone, if she didn’t listen, I could have just thrown her out of the way and down the stairs.
She wouldn’t budge, she stared at me with a blank look and biting her top lip like there was thinking going up in her head. I give her props for the fact that she actually knows how to think, the airhead actually knows how to use her brain and just doesn't.
Honey, she can go in now,
Courtney assured her. Helena moved very hesitantly out of the way like someone else had told her not to let me in, which is just stupid. But it did give us the clear path into the room, and we took this chance to walk into the room.
Okay, but don’t say I like didn’t warn you or something. They are like totally not in a good place right now,
Helena had a problem with the way she spoke. She sounded, just like she acted. A Californian airhead. She had that annoying twang to her voice where everything has an upward inflection, as if everything she asked was a question.
What do you mean. Warn me,
