Cooking has always been my passion. I remember as a child my mother coming home from work almost every evening and telling me off for leaving the kitchen in a mess. There would be flour on every surface and some strange creation on the worktop (I hadn’t quite figured the whole thing out just yet and never considered using a recipe). All I knew is I loved to create weird and wonderful things to eat, and my passion for food grew stronger by year.
