In today's fast-paced society it is so easy to reach for a greasy burger loaded with all the toppings, yet so difficult to find fruits and veggies in such a ready supply. Of course, much of the world suffers from weight management and maintenance issues. Excessive weight gain and obesity are rampant. The statistics on obesity are staggering, showing a prevalent and growing problem.
