Stop Worrying
The reason why many die soon in vain is worrying every day about everything.
Worrying is an emotion that takes away your peace and happiness from your life. Worrying will not comfort you. Worrying destroys your life physically and mentally. If you have worried recently, you would have felt uncomfortable mentally and physically too. Some people even experience headaches, loss of hunger, etc.
Worrying not only has mental effects but also it shows an impact on the physical body too. This degrades your immune system and makes you prone to illness. This is because when you worry, the cortisol, a hormone level increases in your body which brings your immune system down and makes you prone to even so many diseases. This is proved by several researchers.
Worry makes you feel stressed and depressed.
Worrying makes you prone to several mental disorders and makes you act in an unusual manner.
