Chenetta Fields

Chenetta Nicole Fields was born in Philadelphia, PA, to William and Blondie Fields. Her father remarried, and Chenetta was raised by her father and mother, Brenda Fields. After spending her early childhood in Philadelphia, PA, she moved to Willingboro NJ when she was in the 4th grade.Although she was not raised in the church, the seed began to be planted by both of her grandmothers, Hazel Fields and Margaret Mason, who served as a pastor in Philadelphia. She would often spend the summers in Philadelphia with her grandmother, Margaret. Chenetta also spent a lot of time with her grandmother Hazel, who would have her read the bible every time she came to visit. As a child, she dreaded reading time for she'd rather be playing hopscotch and jacks then reading the bible. But she's glad the seed was planted.Because of her relationships with her grandmothers, she soon understood that she was supposed to give her life to Christ one day.As she grew up into her teenage years living in Willingboro, NJ, God saw fit to place friends in her life that kept inviting her to go to their church. She went many times and enjoyed the music, which kept her going back. She would feel a tugging on her heart but did not understand what it was.Hearing the words of two songs, "Soon and very soon, we are going to see the King" and the song, "Tomorrow" by the Winans touched her heart and were so impactful that the words drew her to want to know God for herself and to see if her grandmothers were right. In 1989, Chenetta left New Jersey and moved to Maryland. She did not attend church again until 1993, at which time she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior.Quickly discouraged by church gossip after six months, she stopped attending church until 1995. Pastors Nolan and Terry Henson of New Life Church played a huge role in her foundation of walking with Jesus Christ. During this time, she learned to function as an intercessor. She taught children's Sunday school and was trained for leadership. After this, she joined Temple of Everlasting Love church in Laurel, MD, and was ordained as a Minister on June 26, 2005, under Apostle Samuel and Marcia Fatoki.Chenetta also served as church secretary, children's teacher, and armor bearer to co-pastor Marcia Fatoki.2008, she joined Breakthrough Church International under the leadership of Apostle Kenneth and Prophetess Stephanie Ringgold. Since that time, she has grown at an exponential rate as the treasures that God has placed inside of her have now come to the surface with a new depth and ability.Having been trained in the School of Prophetic Development in 2009, she was later ordained as a prophetess in 2012.She served as the ruling elder of Breakthrough Church International. On December 13, 2013, she was ordained as a Pastor. She is known for being a woman of prayer and houses the very emotions of God, which gives her the ability to walk in a strong ministry of compassion, restoration, and forgiveness.Chenetta Fields has two young adult sons Daniel Hawkins and Aaron Hawkins, whom she loves and adores.
