The basic idea behind writing this book is to improve life’s quality by making them aware towards healthy living. There are many factors and aspects and factors which when followed could never let any disease happened to anybody at first-place. As a two-strokes survivor I’ve learned thoroughly the obstacles in the pathway of gaining perfect health. Mostly crippled by anxiety, paranoia, depression, dogma and various- iota things that stopped my life progress and How I overcame it through various strategies, Suggestions, Prescriptions, Knowledge, Research etc. As it has been said ‘Good Health is a key for Good Wealth.’
How to cheat death?
The basic question that comes to anyone’s mind is it really possible to defy death? How could it even be possible? Well, the answer is Yes. You could reverse the rate cycle of aging and decaying of your body. We will soon figure it, how. So, all in all a brief is that a person who is more have more resistance and immunity against the nearby environmental and stimuli changes have higher chances of survival. As we could say Evolution works in mysterious ways. So, how to develop that resistance to increase our survival, to stretch our days on earth. This book will surely guide us through it. We might have been told to eat good food, do regular exercise, Keep an eye on cholesterol levels and various other things. But this book is beyond that.
